    Abstract: A source driver, a display device and a driving method of the source driver are disclosed. The source driver adapted to a display panel includes a plurality of driving channels, wherein the display panel includes N pixel cells on each of a plurality of scan lines. The 1st driving channel to the Nth driving channel respectively drive the N pixel cells on a first scan line of the scan lines during a first scan period and the 2nd driving channel to the (N+1)th driving channel respectively drive the N pixel cells on a second scan line of the scan lines during a second scan period. When polarity inversion is performed on the display panel, each driving channel is responsible for outputting a data driving voltage with a certain polarity to the corresponding pixel cell during different scan periods. Therefore, the power consumption of the source driver can be decreased.

    Abstract: A method for retrofitting a reinforced concrete column by compressing a reinforcing plate including a steel plate using an external pressure is provided. The reinforcing plate is compressed to double-layer or more, that is, multi-layer in due order, on the reinforced concrete column. Accordingly, since a workability of the retrofit is excellent and since the reinforcing plate is easily compressed on the surface of the reinforced concrete column by a small lateral pressure, sufficiently the reinforced concrete column could be reinforced. Besides, a compressive strength of the reinforced concrete column could be increased. In addition, the flexibility of the reinforcing plate and the energy absorption force of the reinforcing plate could be increased.

The readout apparatus set to a first mode reads the touch panel with a small amount of charges through an integrator. The readout apparatus set to a second mode reads a sensing current of a current type touch panel through a current to voltage converting unit and an inverting amplifier, so as to save a chip area. The multi-channel readout apparatus set to a third mode applies multiple channels to alternatively share an integrator to read the touch panel with a large amount of charges, so that an amount of feedback capacitors (integral capacitors) having a great area can be greatly reduced. Therefore, readout apparatus of the present invention can not only reduce a chip area, but can also be applied to various types of the touch panel.
