Abstract: Disclosed is a method of determining a winner in a game of chance involving four game areas of numbers. The winner is established based upon having placed a wager on numbers which are selected to appear in game areas three (302) and four (303), in accordance with a selected criteria which operate on numbers which are caused to be present in first (314) and second (315) game areas as a result of chance.
Abstract: Disclosed are two terminal bistable memory cells having least two high-spin polarization magnetic material junctions which are separated from one another by electron trap site defect containing insulator. The two terminal bistable memory cells demonstrate stable, low current readable, hysteretic resistance states which are set by the flow of a relatively high, (eg. a milliamp or less), plus or minus polarity D.C. current therethrough, which resistance is monitored by lower magnitude A.C. or D.C. current flow therethrough. Preferred cells have at least one CrO2/Cr2O3/CrO2 sequence but typically have multiple CrO2/Cr2O3/CrO2 sequences in series.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for enabling easy characterization, storage and retrieval of multi-dimensional data structures involving use of a translation, rotation and scaling invariant index which results from concatenating a series of Eigenvalue calculation mediated index elements determined at a plurality of hierarchical data depth levels by characterizing spatial first and second central moment calculations, optionally including pre-selection of pixels in data structures which demonstrate significant intensity and/or color gradients with respect to surrounding pixels. Preferred characterizing vector(s) consist of typically orthogonally specific frequency integer counts of said pre-selected pixels, as well as spatial data structure first central monent value(s), and non-degenerate parameters determined from Eigenvalues derived from second central moments.
