Abstract: A computer directed system is disclosed for optimizing the tracking of mailing pieces containing various inserts and increasing the efficiency and cost benefits derived from utilizing a postal agency's mailing discount rates for sending the mailing pieces through the mail. Weight and thickness data for each mailing piece are employed by the system for the optimization.
Abstract: A device employed by a user for moving or guiding the position of a human wearer comprises first and second body belts with each terminating in first and second end regions. Associated with each body belt is a reversible coupling means, wherein when mated by the coupling means, the first and second first body belt end regions of each body belt form an adjustably sized and reversibly linked structure about the wearer. A central strap is attached to both the first and the second body belts, thereby producing a spacing segment along the central strap between the first and the second body belts. The central strap terminates in first and second end domains, wherein the central strap first end domain includes a variably sized first handle and the central strap second end domain includes a second handle.
Abstract: An exercise and physical therapy device having a central elongated resilient element with a wrist attachment strap at one end and a foot attachment strap at the other end. The device is configured so that the foot strap fits comfortably inside the user's shoe, allowing the device to be used simultaneously while performing walking, running, or other exercises.
Abstract: Described is an electrical connector jacket for protecting and preserving an electrically functioning coupling between a cord attached plug and a cord attached receptacle.
Abstract: For use with a heat pump to increase cooling and heating efficiency, between an outdoor condenser and an indoor evaporator, a refrigerant receiver or sub-cooler is provided within the high pressure liquid refrigerant portion of the system, including at least one high flow, low pressure release check valve having an internal control element with a refrigerant turbulence producing backside that serves as an incremental expansion device to cool, by incremental expansion, and heat, by turbulence, the high pressure liquid refrigerant.
Abstract: A device employed by a user for shifting the position of a human wearer comprises an adjustable body belt, attached shoulder strap with an associated handle, and a pair of side handles attached to the belt. The belt is fitted by the user around the wearer's upper body, encircling the torso and arms. The shoulder strap with its associated handle or the side handles on the belt are used to shift the position of the wearer.
Abstract: A solenoid mounting system for attaching keyboard striking solenoid assemblies to a keyboard musical instrument is disclosed. Provided is a mounting rail having a top border, a bottom border, a front mounting rail surface, a back mounting rail surface, and two opposing end borders. Adjustably clamped to the top and bottom borders of the mounting rail are solenoid assemblies. The rail and associated solenoid assemblies are adjustably secured to the instrument proximate the keyboard.
Abstract: An automatic sensor system for detecting and adjusting a level of contents held within a reservoir is disclosed. The system has a sensor probe having a probe housing with opposing ends, an interior cavity that opens through one housing end, and a constantly open air vent aperture piercing the housing proximate the other housing end, included within the housing are lower and upper level detection contacts that communicate information about the detected level to a circuit that signals for a contents delivery source to send additional contents when needed.

Abstract: Provided is a golfing equipment carrier having a housing constructed from a cover member mated to a base member. A rotatable supporting foot is included in the housing. Within the base member is an internal storage volume for retaining golf balls and other small golfing items. Associated with the housing are clamps for reversibly securing golf club shafts.
Abstract: A movable dolly or carrier for transporting doors, windows, or other construction panels. A wheeled base includes panel support members and a reversibly attached storage compartment.
Abstract: Disclosed is a mounting apparatus for installing either a tire chain or a tire cable onto a tire of a vehicle. Included is a ramped platform having an angled incline with an upper surface transitioning into an elongated top surface. Associated with the top surface are supporting members serving the dual role of supporting the vehicle tire above the top surface and for aligning adjustably in receiving grooves, produced by the supporting members, either the tire chain or the tire cable beneath the supported vehicle tire to facilitate the installation process.
Abstract: A non-film requiring method for applying information to a light sensitive emulsion coated lithographic printing plate comprises obtaining the information applied to a sheet of paper based material, wherein the sheet applied information is essentially opaque to light emanating from a light source and the sheet of paper based material is generally transmissive to the light, positioning the information applied sheet on the printing plate to cover at least a portion of the emulsion, and exposing the sheet covered printing plate to the light thereby directly transferring the information to the printing plate without the necessity of film.
Abstract: Disclosed is a removable self-closing lid for covering a top of a container, wherein the container has an outer wall surface and a top with an opening for accessing into the container. The lid includes a cap, a pressure fitting and sealing perimeter lip for securing the cap over the container top, and a pouring aperture. Further included in the lid is an automatic leveraging mechanism which is activated by a user exerting pressure on a trigger, thereby opening the pouring aperture. The pouring aperture is automatically sealed when the leveraging means is deactivated by the user releasing the pressure on the trigger. Incorporated into the trigger is a leverage ridge that provides a fulcrum that slides over the container's outer wall surface during activation and deactivation.
Abstract: Provided is a portable combination lounging mat and pillow comprising a pillow adapted to provide both a cushioned support for a user and a form around which the mat wraps for transportation and storage. The front and back surfaced mat, with extending side flaps for enlarging the usable mat surface area when opened, is secured to the pillow. Within the mat is at least one storage compartment with a mat front surface entrance for use when the mat is opened and a mat back surface entrance for accessing the storage compartment when the mat is wrapped for transportation and storage.
Abstract: Disclosed is a device for transporting and draining a toilet fixture comprising a generally hollow body containing a water reservoir. The body has a top panel with a toilet mount, a bottom panel with locking casters, a carrying handle, and a drain. Securing bolts are provided for anchoring the toilet to the toilet mount.
Abstract: Disclosed is a dynamic, non-recycling pumping system for combining at least one chemical agent with a liquid carrier to produce a mixture for spraying on a target. Included in the subject device is a pump having an adjustable pressurized output line and an adjustable vacuum containing primary suction input line. A carrier reservoir supplies the primary suction line with the carrier that is mixed with a variable amount of chemical agent added through a secondary suction line connected to the primary suction line.
Abstract: For use with a refrigeration system to increase cooling efficiency, between an outdoor condenser and an indoor evaporator, a refrigerant receiver-sub-cooler is provided including, immediately before the receiver-sub-cooler, but still within the high pressure liquid refrigerant portion of the system, a high flow, low pressure release check valve, having a generally flat backside refrigerant flow control element, that serves as an incremental expansion device to cool partially the high pressure liquid refrigerant before the refrigerant enters the traditional expansion device immediately prior to the indoor evaporator.
