Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system to enable a partial refresh scheme for DRAM which includes specifying at least a refresh start value, or a refresh start value and a refresh end value, to reduce the number of rows that must be refreshed during a refresh cycle, thus reducing the amount of power consumed during refresh.

Abstract: Techniques to manage bandwidth using weighted reduction are described wherein a combined instantaneous data rate for a set of logical channels is determined, a determination is made whether a transport format combination (TFC) is valid for the combined instantaneous data rate, and an instantaneous data rate for at least one of the logical channels is reduced using a weighted reduction technique. Abstract: A method and apparatus to route information in a network is described. A technique is described to search for routine information that uses a first technique on at least a portion of a first value of a network address and a second technique on at least a portion of a second section of an address. In particular, the first value is associated with an aggregation identifier, and compared to a unique prefix. In this way, address identifiers may be generated, and this identifier is used to search for routing information.
