  • Patent number: 6621020
Abstract: A breaking mechanism includes a latch receiver engaging a latch to allow a movable contact shoe to be closed, and a tripping device for rotationally driving the latch receiver to disengage the latch to open the movable contact shoe. An engaging surface of the latch engaging the latch receiver is formed as a projecting circular surface, whereas an engaging surface of the latch receiver engaging the projecting circular surface is formed as a recessed circular surface having a radius of curvature greater than that of the projecting circular surface. The center of the curvature of the recessed circular surface coincides with the axis of a support shaft supporting the latch receiver. The loads causing a tripping device to drive the latch receiver do not change even if the location of an engaging point is changed.

  • Patent number: 6614017
Abstract: In a liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer, a solvent removing tube provided substantially horizontally between a spray chamber and a subsequent chamber is bent at an obtuse angle such that an entrance side of the tube is directed downwardly, and a nozzle is disposed such that a spraying direction of the nozzle is directed substantially downwardly and is approximately perpendicular to a central axis of the entrance side of the tube. Further, a drain for droplet or liquid is provided in front of the spraying direction of the nozzle. Since the spraying direction is oblique to a partition wall, the droplet or liquid sprayed from the nozzle collides against the drain, so that the droplet do not bounce to the entrance side of the solvent removing tube. Accordingly, the noise can be prevented, and the memory effect is also reduced in a high-density sample, so that an accurate analysis can be conducted.

  • Patent number: 6604855
Abstract: An X-ray tube device is rotated to a projected portion in a subject by a rotating mechanism for the X-ray tube device according to an operation for an oblique fluoroscopy. A CPU recognizes information about a rotating angle and rotation speed, and a stand for the X-ray tube is moved along a longitudinal direction of a top plate by a driving mechanism for the stand according to the information. An X-ray image detector disposed under the top plate is moved in a direction opposite to the movement of the stand to a corresponding position of the X-ray tube device by a driving mechanism for the X-ray image detector. The X-ray tube device, the projected portion in the subject and the X-ray image detector are always arranged in a straight line by the CPU and the independent driving mechanisms. A tomography may also be carried out by moving continuously the X-ray tube device and the X-ray image detector parallel to the top plate in the opposite directions.
