Abstract: A column alternatively supports one of a plurality of arrays of different pluralities candles in different configurations. A plurality of donation or payment mechanisms are mounted on the column for alternative modes of receiving diverse monetary transactions elements, such as cash, credit card and debit card, with resultant automated actuation of the at least one of the electronic candles upon receipt of one of the monetary transaction elements. The column includes jimmy-proof, pilfer-proof and tamper-proof features for securing cash collected in an authorized accessibly collection box. A replaceable paperboard collection box is removably disposed in the secured column.
Abstract: A plug-in coupling for fluidic systems, in particular for CO2- and fuel-conducting systems, including a housing (1) and a plug (2) which can be inserted into the housing (1). The plug (2) can be inserted by a plug stem (3) into a receiving opening (4) of the housing (1) in a manner sealed by at least one circumferential seal (5, 5a, 5b) and, when inserted, for it to be locked therein against release by a locking device having at least one latching element (7) arranged on the plug (2) and a latching shoulder (8) interacting with the latching element (7). The housing (1) has two-part design with an inner housing part (1a) and an outer housing part (1b), which can be connected releasably to the inner housing part (1a) so that it essentially surrounds the inner housing part (1a). In order to install it without destroying it, the latching shoulder (8) is formed at one end in an entry region (4a) of the receiving opening (4) on the outer housing part (1b).
Abstract: A closure (10) and RFID device (15) in combination, wherein the closure comprises a metal shell and the RFID device comprises a tag (40) and antenna means (80). The tag (40) comprises an RFID chip (60) and an electrical circuit (50) and the antenna means (80) is adapted to be one side of a dipole. The RFID device is entirely located within the metal closure with and spaced from but electrically connected (70) to the metal closure (10) such that the closure becomes the other side of the dipole antenna.
Abstract: A therapeutic device includes a supporting member that continuously and flexibly supports and bounds a plurality of small sized hard surfaced force members that support a user's foot during movement without clumping. The force members are slidable relative to each other and require no additional lubrication although dry or non-tacky liquid lubrication may be added. The support member is positioned on a support surface of a shoe sole and a shoe is constructed including the same. Alternative designs include structural members or positioning stitches relative to the supporting member minimizing undesirable movement of force members during use.
