Abstract: Scan-to-print color rendering in a system including a scanner engine and a print engine may include, in an exemplary embodiment, storing or providing an index table of respective scanned values in a scanner color space corresponding to each output color printed by the print engine. A color target may be scanned using the scanner engine to provide digital image data in a scanner color space. For each image-scan pixel, a closest scanned value is selected from the index table for a corresponding output color. A color difference is determined a between the image-scan pixel and the closest value as an error for that image-scan pixel. Color error diffusion is applied to compensate for the color difference by distributing the error to neighbor pixels.

Abstract: A liquid level sensor system actuated by a column pressure includes a hollow member having a distal open end adapted to be positioned into a liquid reservoir to a depth below a liquid surface level, and a sensor head unit. The sensor head unit is responsive to the column pressure to provide an indication of a liquid level in the reservoir. A low liquid level alarm circuit is responsive to the bellows member to generate a signal indicative of a low liquid level state.
Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of a substrate cleaning apparatus includes a hand held hand roller including a roller cleaning member rotationally mounted in a handle and having a tacky peripheral contact surface, the tacky peripheral contact surface adapted to transfer foreign particles during cleaning of substrates. A roller cleaning substrate has opposed first and second surfaces. The first surface is coated with an adhesive adapted to transfer and retain said foreign particles from the surface of the roller for disposal; the second surface is a smooth surface. A mounting pad includes a soft layer of hardness lower than 100 Shore Hardness Scale A adapted to bond or adhere the second surface of the roller cleaning substrate to the mounting pad without the use of adhesives or mechanical clamping.
Abstract: A direct drive traction vehicle motor system for a wheeled vehicle includes an electric motor rotor for mechanically attachment to a vehicle wheel for rotational movement with the vehicle wheel. An attachment structure is concentrically mounting the rotor to the vehicle wheel. An electric motor stator is mounted in a concentric relationship with the rotor. A mechanical structure is coupled between the vehicle and the stator for inhibiting rotation of the stator. An electric drive circuit is electrically coupled to the motor stator for exciting the motor stator to impart a rotational force on the vehicle wheel through the rotor.

The sensor head unit is responsive to the column pressure to provide an indication of a liquid level in the reservoir.
Abstract: A control system for a bathing installation which has one or more electrically powered devices. A line voltage service is connected through a GFCI to power the electrically powered devices, the GFCI adapted to interrupt the service upon detection of a ground fault. A trip circuit may induce a ground fault and trip the GFCI in response to a trip signal, thereby disabling application of electrical power to the electrically powered devices. An electronic circuit is responsive to a fault condition for generating the trip signal.

Abstract: A method for forming a flare in the end of a flexible tube comprises heating the end of the flexible tube to a near-melted state, inserting the end of the flexible tube into a flare-forming die with a flare forming portion, and pressing a mandrel into the end of the flexible tube, thereby pressure forming a flare in the end of the flexible tube.
A flow restrictor is positioned to dampen instantaneous differential column pressure changes presented to the bellows member while permitting steady state column pressure to be communicated to the bellows member.
