    Abstract: A caster includes a base carrying a rotation shaft and forming a pivotal joint seat. Wheels are rotatably mounted to the rotation shaft. Each wheel has an inside surface that is recessed to form an inner rim. A brake arm has a first end rotatably coupled to the pivotal joint seat and a second end forming a brake pawl extending into the inner rims of the wheels. A spring is arranged between the brake arm and the base so that the spring normally biases the brake pawl to depress against the inner rims of the wheels to brake the wheels. A release knob is rotatably mounted to the base and forms a cam section positionable against the brake arm. The cam section, when rotated by the release knob, drives the brake arm backward to release the brake pawl from the wheels, allowing the wheels to freely rotate.

    Abstract: The driving device utilizing inertia mainly contains a battery, a motor, a flywheel, a casing, a transmission box, a casing, a generator, a rectifier, and a charger. The flywheel is mounted on a shaft and is housed in a vacuum chamber through shaft seal. The flywheel freely spins by itself after actuated by the motor. The flywheel's torque is then delivered to the transmission box which in turn delivers the torque to drive a vehicle such as automobile, vessel, plane, submarine, etc. On the other hand, the spinning flywheel drives the generator to produce electricity which is stored in the battery series-connected to the generator via the rectifier and the charger. As such, the driving device is able to power the vehicle while the surplus energy is stored in the battery for activating the motor and turning the flywheel to spin.

As such, the light beams emitting from the light-emitting elements are made converging on a light incidence area, which, together with the feature of light spreading of the light-transmitting hood, can spread off and thus homogenize the light beams to form a surface source, and can also concentrate the light energy of the lighting device to enhance the brightness. The lighting device can be applied to any lighting facility.

The high-permeability magnetic bodies mounted to the magnetic plates and the arrangement of the spacer assembly help improve the characteristic of DC superimposition of the laminated inductor thereby enhancing current endurance thereof.

The change of the volume of the expandable tube is used to deliver water so that the consumption of human labor and additional power supply that are used to deliver water in areas where power is not readily acquired but wind power is available can be cut down.
