Abstract: Dispensing more than one card or card like good is prevented to prevent issuing a duplicate with an automatic dispensing machine of card or card like good having a table which supports the piled up card or card like good. A sucking device is located over the table and pulls the card or card like good. A transporting device transports the card or card like good which is pulled by the sucking device. A moving device drives to change the distance between the table and the sucking device. A duplicate detecting device is located at a card transporting passageway which is located downstream the transporting device. A vibrator imparts a vibration to the card or card like good on the table. A separating device acts when the duplicate detecting device detects the duplicate of the goods. The separating device and the transporting device reverses, and the goods of card like is returned on the table. Afterwards the sucking device is stopped, then the vibrator is vibrated.

Abstract: The invention concerns a pneumatic angular gripper which includes a gripper body forming a chamber (14), a piston (12) moving alternately in said chamber, and a pair of gripper jaws (13) oscillating in opposite directions on respective rotation axes in said gripper body. Each jaw (13) is connected to the head of one piston stem (12) by means of a connecting rod (22) forming a longitudinal extension of the jaw and susceptible to angular movements in regards to the head of the stem of said piston. The connecting rod has a distal part guided and sliding in a base hole (21) formed in its respective jaw (13) and a proximal part fixed to a turning pin (23) placed on board the head of the piston stem.

Abstract: A breath alcohol measuring device is provided with a pressure sensor (2) for detecting a signal representative of the breathing air flow and with an electrochemical sensor (1) for detecting a signal representative of the alcohol content in the breathing air and with evaluating means for processing the signals and for determining the breath alcohol concentration. Such a breath alcohol measuring device has a simple design and high measuring accuracy. The pressure sensor (1) and the electrochemical sensor (2) are connected for this purpose with a delta-sigma analog-digital converter (8), which converts the sensor signals directly into digital measured values for determining the alcohol concentration. The pre-amplifiers needed hitherto become unnecessary as a result, which has a number of advantages.
Abstract: A filling system for an anesthetic evaporator is improved such that an anesthetic-specifically coded adapter neck (5) of a bottle adapter (1) can be introduced into the filler neck of a filling device. An outer polygon (7) is provided on the bottle adapter and an inner polygon designed correspondingly thereto is provided on the filler neck as anesthetic-specific codings.

Abstract: A device system and a process for monitoring an industrial plant offers the persons working at the plant with the greatest possible protection. Signal transmitters (4, 5), which are fastened to persons (2, 3) or mobile objects, send or trigger a code related to a person or mobile object. Position marks (31, 32, 33, 34, 41, 42, 61, 62, 71, 72, 36, 37, 74), which provide a position code and a direction code for passing through an entrance or an exit, are arranged at entrances and exits of an industrial plant (21, 22). A receiving unit (15, 35, 43, 63, 73) receives the code of the signal transmitters combined with the position code and direction code. A computing and evaluating unit (12) is connected with the receiving unit and generates a topology for the persons or mobile objects to enter or leave the industrial plant.
Abstract: A ball and socket joint (1) is provided with a pivoting angle sensor (9) for detecting the relative angular position of the joint housing (4) and the ball pivot (3). The pivoting angle ? of the joint ball (2) is detected by a measuring means comprising a magnet (8) and a magnetic field sensor (9). Abstract: A rotation and/or tilt angle detection device for a ball and socket joint is provided wherein at least one magnet (2), especially a permanent magnet, is arranged in the joint ball (1a), wherein a display device (4) displays the magnetic field of the at least one magnet (2) by means of the magnetooptic effect. An image detection deice (10) detects the information displayed by the display device (4). A data processing unit (50) calculates the relative position of the joint ball (1a) and the ball socket (3) of the ball and socket joint on the basis of the information detected.

Abstract: A press forming method is disclosed, wherein press forming can be effected at high speed while maintaining the horizontal state of a slide plate in press-forming a work-piece by a press machine. A press machine is used in which the slide plate is pressed by a plurality of drive sources using servo-motors for driving. The speed of one of the plurality of drive sources is set to a target speed for production forming for the drive source, and by using a function that shows a delay in terms of a speed of the drive source and a load thereon and also using a load separately found, the respective speeds of the drive sources are found so as to eliminate the delay between the drive sources. Trial forming is repeated on the basis of the thus-found speed to derive conditions that enable press-forming at high speed while maintaining the horizontal state of the slide plate.
Abstract: A transfer line for transporting workpieces from a first workstation to an adjacent second workstation comprises a frame with a depositing place for at least one workpiece. It further comprises a transporting beam, each end area of which having respective work supports. The transporting beam is supported for height adjustment between two positions of lifting such that the work supports are located above or below the depositing place. The transporting beam is further designed for longitudinal displacement between positions of transfer for the work supports to coincide horizontally with the depositing place.
