Abstract: A multi-functional ornamental lighting equipment is set forth. This equipment comprises an ornamental lighting load connected to form a plurality of branch circuits; a function controller formed of a variety of electric and electronic components operable for various prescribed functions, and having a power supply input terminal and an output terminal to the multi-branched circuit; a protective housing for enclosing the function controller; a connector unit connected with the protective housing and admitting to joint a plurality of conductors within it, one terminal of the conductors being connected to the output terminal of the function controller, while the other terminal thereof being connected to the ornamental lighting load; and a power supply connected to the input terminal of the function controller.
Abstract: A process is disclosed for determining cutting positions of web strands (B1, B2), which are brought together into a strand to be bound (H1) in a rotary printing press and cross-cut. A measured value for the cutting position of the web strands (B1, B2) is formed in the strand to be bound (H1) and one individual strand measured value for the cutting positions of the web strands (B1, B2) is recorded for each of the web strands (B1, B2) before bringing together. The cutting positions of the web strands (B1, B2) are determined from the individual strand measured values and the common measured value recorded for the web strands (B1, B2) of the strand to be bound (H1) in the strand to be bound (H1).
Abstract: A ventilation system (1, 10) is combined with a measuring method (2, 22, 222) for electric impedance tomography (EIT). Bidirectional data exchange between the two systems is provided. Both the ventilation system (1, 10) and the measuring system (2, 22, 222) have a first and second communications electronic unit (11, 12) each with associated transmitting and receiving means for the bidirectional data exchange.

Abstract: A connection strut of a chassis of a passenger car or utility vehicle for the connection between the chassis and the wheel carrier, preferably an axle strut or a chassis control arm, with an elongated basic body and at least two mount supports arranged at the end for introducing and leading out forces. The basic body has a composite between a flat metal insert and a plastic structure forming the rest of the contour. The plastic structure is formed by encasement of the metal insert. The rest of the contour is defined here as the difference between the final contour of the force connection strut and the portion that is formed by the metal insert.

Abstract: A press forming machine comprising driving shafts for pressing three or more respective pressure points and displacement measuring means for measuring a displacement close to the pressure point. A central driving shaft among the driving shafts has a gap (the slack) larger than those of other driving shafts between each of the driving shafts and a pressure plate. During press formation at a trial stage, a positional displacement close to each pressure point is measured by the displacement measuring means and control data is supplied to each driving source for driving a driving shaft to drive the pressure plate. Then, production press-formation is performed in accordance with the above result. Therefore, the central driving source can avoid overload by the slack of the driving shaft with the pressure plate.

Abstract: Disclosed is an in-line socket device and its fabricating method. The in-line socket device is covered with a cover shell, and has a movable safety cover connected with one end of the cover shell. The socket device is composed of a base and a base cover, in which one end of the base is open and the other end has three plug sockets. A plurality of axial slots are formed inside the opened end for covering up wires, and terminals are provided within axial slots to make the crimping end and the bared wire to be clipped; accordingly, partial sections of the wires connected with the terminal crimping end can crimp the bared wire through peeling off the PVC cover layer of the section, so that the integrity of wires can be ensured and the problem of power consumption or fallen off from the connection can be prevented.

Abstract: A process for manufacturing a tie rod housing formed of a tie rod head (1) and a shaft element (2) fastened thereto. The tie rod head (1) receives its final shape by a mechanical machining process after the manufacture of the tie rod housing blank. The shaft element (2) and the tie rod head (1) are connected by means of a resistance pressure welding process. At least two material accumulations (8, 9), which connect the two components to one another, are brought about by a welding operation. The at least two material accumulations (8, 9) are subsequently created between the outer circumferential surface of the tie rod head (1) and of the shaft element (2).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for washing the nasal cavities with a nebulized treatment liquid. It comprises a base body, a atomizer chamber containing a washing liquid, means for nebulizing the liquid in said chamber and dispensing the atomized liquid to the nasal cavities for washing and a chamber for collecting the return liquid and catarrhal matter from the nasal cavities. The atomizer chamber (12) and collection chamber (13) are positioned side by side above the base body, and the collection chamber communicates with a dispensing exit of the atomized liquid to the nasal cavities. The two chambers may be defined each by a respective element or by a single piece.
