  • Patent number: 7467529
Abstract: By providing two separate and independent locking systems, each of which enable the mating components thereof to be released and/or lockingly engaged by employing either a key controlled portion or a combination controlled portion, with each component mounted to opposed ends of a continuous strap or belt member, an effective, easily produced lockable luggage strap assembly is achieved that is formed in a single assembly. In the preferred, a single housing is employed in which all of the required components are contained, with the housing being securely affixed to one end of an elongated, continuous strap member. In addition, the opposed end of the strap is securely affixed to a slider member which is constructed for mating, sliding and locking interengagement with the housing. In this way, the slider member is securely lockingly interengaged with the housing, providing secure, locked mounted engagement of the strap assembly with the luggage or desired product.

  • Patent number: 7415789
Abstract: By providing a unique, pre-printed housing within which a plurality of windows are formed and positioned for cooperating with a plurality of longitudinally movable arm members or sliders, a unique, hands-on, printed, visually exciting and interest generating advertising/promotional product is attained. In the preferred embodiment, each window incorporates a transparent panel for overlying the visual image contained in the window, as well as preventing the user from obtaining access to the visual information contained therein. By constructing each of the plurality of longitudinally movable arm members/sliders in an overlying manner, a unique construction is realized which enables the movement of one arm member/slider to effectuate a change in the visual display of a window element which is not directly adjacent the arm member or slider. In this way, a unique, surprising and interest generating result is attained.

  • Patent number: 7395622
Abstract: By employing the present invention, a unique, pre-printed housing member which is quickly and easily assembled from a flat, generally two-dimensional configuration into a three-dimensional promotional display, along with an integrally affixed stabilizing and locking member is attained. Once the promotional display system is placed in its three-dimensional configuration, with the stabilizing/locking member activated, assurance is provided that the entire advertising/promotional display product is securely retained in the desired, eye-catching, visually exciting, three-dimensional configuration. In particular, in the present invention, the promotional display member incorporates an integral, arcuately pivotable, stabilizing/locking arm and stand combination which cooperates with one or more panel members of the housing to assure secure-ment of the promotional display system in its fully erected configuration when desired by the user.

  • Patent number: 7350786
Abstract: By providing a playing surface which is dimensioned for enabling a desired game to be played with all competitors positioned thereon, with the playing surface being rotated, a competitive game and/or playing system/environment is created which enables all individuals to compete equally and fairly regardless of their physical capabilities. In the preferred embodiment, the rotation of the playing surface is maintained at a constant rate of speed, although added dimensions and difficulties can be added to the game by altering the rotational speed of the playing surface during the competition. By providing a playing surface upon which any desired game can be played, particularly an action oriented game, with the playing surface being continuously rotated throughout the play of the game, forces previously unknown to each competitor are continuously imposed on each competitor, effectively rendering each competitor to possess equal capabilities, regardless of their strength, agility, proficiency, or size.
