Abstract: The neural bridge devices may be implanted between the endings of severed or damaged nerve cells. The operation of these devices may facilitate restoring conductivity of neural signals or responses within severed or damaged nerve cells. The neural bridge device may also facilitate restoring the movement of cell material between the endings of severed or damaged nerve cells. Some neural bridge devices may carry MEMS devices and may be employed for modifying various neural signals or responses, wherein the devices adjust neural responses in accordance with the desired signals received from other similar devices or communicated to them by other types of devices.

Abstract: A method of playing a board game comprising the steps: providing players each given money and starting at a first rank; providing dice; providing a game board having a plurality of playing spaces, that are either owned or available businesses, arranged around the outside of five connected boroughs of New York City; performing alternating player turns comprising the steps of: rolling dice; moving the player around spaces in a number corresponding to the roll; determining the ownership status of the space. If the space is owned and the owner of the space is of a higher rank the player must pay the owner, if the owner is of the same or less rank the player pays nothing. The owner may also offer the space for sale. If available, the player may purchase the space. The purpose is to purchase spaces or properties to move up to the highest rank.

Abstract: Rather than the traditional methods of bilateral costing, namely either fixed pricing or an auction type environment, this unique method allows both the buyer and seller to have an influence over the price of the products or service being exchanged in the transaction, while also factoring and controlling the time the product or service is available to potential buyers into the sale price. The potential buyer makes a value offer which may include a price offer or time offer. Where the buyer makes a value offer, they are offering to purchase a time unit in order to purchase the product, wherein the remaining time in reduced according to the amount of time units purchased and the current price is raised according to the price of the time units. Price offers and time offers are interdependent. A time offer entry will show the corresponding price on the currency axis (currency can be anything that can be exchanged at a value) and a price offer entry will show the corresponding time on the time axis.

Abstract: An apparatus for painting traffic marks on a road surface without requiring any professional painting skills. The apparatus having: a first support and second support being parallel to each other and a coupling unit to couple the supports. There is also a gantry unit, having: at least one Y-axial gantry coupled to and being movable along the first and second support, and an X-axial gantry coupled to the Y-axial gantry to be movable in a direction perpendicular to the first support and second support. The apparatus further includes: a jet unit coupled to the X-axial gantry, with a jet nozzle to spray paint downwards; a feeding device, having a first feeding unit to move the Y-axial gantry and a second feeding unit to move the X-axial gantry. There may be a third feeding unit to move the jet unit. There is also a control unit to control operation of the apparatus.

Abstract: A touch-activated purse illumination assembly having a base unit housing a circuit assembly, a power source and at least one elongated light emitting portion. Touch sensitive switching means are included in the circuit assembly, and feature a pair of partially exposed electrical contacts on the exterior of the base housing unit. After being activated by the touch sensitive switching means, the light emitting portion is energized by the power source for a preset amount of time.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system, method of manufacture and method of use that provides for an easily changeable costume system that allows for quick costumes changes without having to entirely undress and allows for the purchase of add on decorative items to allow for costume changes without having to buy an entirely new costume. According to a preferred embodiment, an interchangeable costuming system is disclosed comprising: a washable foundation with a plurality of first ends of an attachment device fixedly attached; and at least one non-washable decorative cover with at least two second ends of an attachment device fixedly attached. The second ends of the attachment device are intended to removably attach the non-washable decorative cover to the washable foundation so as to provide a washable garment with a non-washable decorative cover. Additional decorative items may be added on.

Abstract: The present invention provides an apparatus which provides a system for alerting drivers of oncoming emergency vehicles. The system is comprised of a transmitter and receiver, both including a microcontroller and non-volatile memory component, connected to a logic interface used to facilitate connections between the microcontroller and external signals. The transmitter and receiver are both powered by power regulation and filtering means connected to the respective device. The transmitter further includes radio frequency (RF) generating means and an antenna system. An external trigger mechanism is also connected to the transmitter to activate the system. The receiver simply has a network of RF receiving means, which acts as a trigger to the system.

Abstract: A mouse which truly performs at a low load level, significantly reducing high statistics rates of damaged muscle tissue and severe injury. The mouse does not require lifting to get back into sync and can adjust to the varying hand structure of different users, and apply contour in effective areas as to support the hand in such a way that strain is concentrated on the larger muscles of the lower arm rather than specific muscles of the wrist and fingers.
