The cover has a guard member in the form of a sheet with a flange member secured on one end there of. The flange member in conjunction with at least one fastener secures the cover to the drawer back. The at least one fastener may be a screw, bolt, or other similar fastener. The flange member may be provided with a number of apertures that corresponds to the number of fasteners. The at least one fastener may be a hook and loop fastener commonly known as Velcro®. The hook and loop fastener allows the user to install and remove the cover without the use of tools.

The sign release mechanism can be as simple as a frangible locking element which is broken under sufficient wind velocity, a lock requiring a human operator to open, a lock controlled by a sensor, such as an anemometer, or a locking element responsive to a radio signal from a remote location. The return mechanism can be as simple as a spring for small signs, or a torque unit, such as a motor, for signs up to hundreds or thousands of kilograms.

Also provided is a based positioned hinged door to access the litter box which has a plastic liner and drawstring that work in conjunction with an extendable retractable latch located on the exterior front that when extended prevents removal of the litter box while the drawstring is used to close the plastic liner bag.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a device for dispensing and retrieving a length of hose. A housing contains upper and lower roller guides, a brake drum, a ratchet mechanism and a block and tackle assembly. As the hose is pulled out of the housing the upper roller guides move towards the lower roller guides and energy is stored in the block and tackle mechanism. The break drum and ratchet mechanism prevent the hose from being wound into the housing until the release mechanism is activated. One the release mechanism is activated the hose is wound into the housing by the energy stored in the block and tackle mechanism causing the upper roller guides to move away from the lower roller guides.
