Abstract: Apparatus 10 discloses a tailgate position indication marker 38 that is mounted to the rear upper portion of a vehicle 14 tailgate 18 and is provided in two embodiments 11, 12. The first embodiment 11 comprises a polymeric structure having a 1½ inch horizontal offset 26 in the center, the bottom 1½ inch long vertical portion 28 of the marker would secure to the tailgate 18 at the top inside edge with two self tapping screws 36 or tape 42. The device 11 extends outward over the top of the tailgate 18 and then angles back upward to serve as a clear visual marker for the truck operator 24 looking backward through the rear window. The second embodiment 12 would be a 3 inch tall upright 30 marker 38 that includes a 1½ inch tall extension or offset 32 at the front bottom side. This variation 12 is mounted from the upper outside edge of an upright tailgate 18.

Abstract: Apparatus 10 discloses a multipurpose trailer 12 having a lift system 24 with a plurality of organizer and fasteners uniquely designed for Pro Angler equipment and maintenance. The trailer 12 comprises a frame having a vehicle storage compartment 14 located above a boat storage compartment 16 and a work shop compartment 18 located in the forward area. The trailer 12 is towed by a motor coach 20, making the system self supporting for anglers on road tournaments.

Abstract: A garment mounted harness having an associated vest and/or back pack having attachment means for engagement of said garment mounted harness to an associated vest or backpack having a plurality of mating attachment ends for attachment of the straps thereto garment thereto of the straps and connecting elements of the present invention enabling the user to carry an optical device hands free about the front of ones chest for easy quick use and access when required. Additionally the present invention has adjustments about the strap portion for length and comfort adjustment.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for photographic illumination comprising a light box having a top surface with spaced apart walls depending therefrom having an aperture in one wall thereby forming a chamber for the placement therein of an article or articles to be photographed and wherein said light box material is light diffusing. The method further comprises a camera mountable apparatus having means for securing said apparatus to a camera, means for producing illumination, means for producing light beams including fiber optics and multiple LEDs, means for varying the number of beams projected onto the photographic subject. The present invention uses two different light sources, for the photography of gemstones or the like.

Abstract: Apparatus 10 discloses a venting apparatus for a toilet bowl 12 using a gasket 18 that is positioned between a toilet seat 14 and toilet bowl rim 16 forming a gasket-like seal therebetween. The toilet bowl gasket 18 is comprised of a pliable oval-like housing having an interior cavity 20 therein. Located remotely to the venting apparatus is a motorized exhaust fan 22 connected to conduit 24 extending between the toilet seat venting apparatus and discharge vent 26. The exterior walls have a plurality of apertures 28, 30 therein serving to draw air from the toilet bowl 12 and exterior ambient air through the cavity 20 to an aperture having an exteriorly extending nipple 32 with the aforementioned conduit attached thereto whereby activating the pump 22 causes air to be drawn into the cavity 20 and discharged at the point of discharge 26.

Abstract: The present invention is a digital calendar that is selectively mountable on a surface for recording and storing information about events that are important to a user. The digital calendar contains data relating to each month of the present year as well as data relating to future years so that a user never has to purchase a new calendar.

Abstract: A device supported by a ground surface and a structure for at least one of elevating and descending a user. The device includes a first guide rail having a first channel extending along a length thereof and a second guide rail having a second channel extending along the length thereof. At least one connector connects the first guide rail with the second guide rail at a predetermined location along a length thereof so that said first channel and said second channel face inwards towards each other. A platform for supporting the user having a predetermined amount of weight is connected within each of the first and second channels and between the first guide rail and second guide rail. The device further includes means for moving the platform along the length of each of the first channel and the second channel.

Abstract: Apparatus 10 discloses a stackable extension sleeve for a coat hanger 22. The stackable extension sleeve is comprised of a unitary body having a curvilinear top surface 26 sloping down from a central aperture 14 with a back wall 28 extending to the base 30 of the opposing ends and a front triangular-shaped skirt 32 having a slot 16 in communication with the aperture. The bottom edge 30 of the extension sleeve forms a horizontal perimeter whereby the extension sleeve can stand unaided and stacked one upon another.

Abstract: Disclosed is an a mountable leveling support clamp comprising a mounting plate, a support arm having a horizontal and vertical portion incorporating a leveling indicator and threaded throughbore with an adjusting screw having a locking plate on one end and a handle on the other. The support clamp is designed to temporarily fix the positioning of a horizontal member to an upright as permanent fasteners are applied thereto, whereupon the support clamp is removed.

Abstract: A free walking beam that uses the principles of the Stirling cycle to drive a piston reciprocatatively through a housing cylinder to pivot alternately around a pair of parallel power output shafts to provide a high torque means of generating mechanical energy. The heat differential required for the Stirling cycle is provided by an external heat source such as ambient heat, solar-heated fluid, or recovered waste heat that is applied to the lower end of the housing cylinder when in a substantially vertical position that elevates the piston to the opposing end thereof to create an imbalanced state thereby initiating the rotational freefall of the superior end of the housing cylinder which drives the power output shaft on which it is pivoting. The process is then repeated with the other power output shaft.

Abstract: A band fastener incorporating a mechanism for selectively severing the band once cinched within the housing. The band is manufactured in a polymeric or elastomeric material having serrations extending therefrom. At one end of the band is a housing with a throughbore for receiving the band free end whereupon the band can be used to cinch one or more articles within the encircling band with the curvilinear face engaging the one or more articles preventing damage thereto. The housing has substantially two parts with one rotative relative to the other. The stationary member receives the band free end, which passes through the rotative member, which incorporates a mechanism for lockingly engaging with the band serrations. The rotative portion of the housing incorporates a pair of cutters. Rotation of the housing rotative member with sufficient torque will sever the band at the cutter location freeing the cinched articles.

Abstract: A nebulizer device is provided for minimizing trepidation of children when using the device. The device includes a nebulizer and a housing having a shape of a toy for retaining the nebulizer therein. The housing includes an egress port connected to the nebulizer. A nebulizer delivery device is also provided and a tube is connected at a first end to the egress port and at a second end to the nebulizer delivery device for providing a liquid within the nebulizer through the egress port to the nebulizer delivery device for ingestion by a user. A carrying case having a shape corresponding to the housing is provided for storing the housing and nebulizer therein. The housing may be in the shape of one of a car, ambulance, airplane or fire engine. The carrying case may be in the shape of a garage, hospital, airplane hangar or fire house, respectively for storing the corresponding housing.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a floor-tile platform 12 that is used with freshly laid tile 16 to allow walking on the floor 30 while the adhesive dries prior to applying the grout. The tile-like platform 12 is suspended over the tiled floor 16 by means of posts 18 situated within the grout lines 20. The tile platform 12 is comprised of a planar sheet having a plurality of apertures 14 passing therethough for the selective placement of posts 18 selectively placed in the tile platform to coincide with the location of grout lines 20. The tile platform 12 is then placed over the tiled floor with the posts 18 within the grout lines 20 thereby suspending the tile platform above the tiled floor 16.

Abstract: Apparatus (10) comprises a removable liner (12) for a shower curtain having a length of loop and hook fasteners (14) such as Velcro affixed to the hem. Additionally, the shower liner (12) comprises a valence-like top element 16 having reinforced eyelets (18) positioned longitudinally along the top side for the attachment of hooks (20) on rods (22) and a mating length of loop and hook fastener (24) positioned along the bottom side for mating to the removable liner (12). The loop and hook fasteners (14), (24) allow the user easy removal and reattachment of the shower liner from the valance-like element. In an alternate construction, the shower liner (12) comprises a removable liner for a shower curtain having a length of loop and hook fasteners (14), (24) affixed to both sides of the hem. The mating valance-like (16) element includes two layers of material. When attached to the valance-like element (16), the lower removable liner (12) is thus affixed on both the interior (30) and exterior (32) sides.

Abstract: The Present invention relates to a portable folding mirror. The mirror has a rear mirror panel, a plurality of mirror panels secured to the rear mirror panel. The plurality of mirror panels includes a base mirror panel, and two front mirror panels, wherein each panel is secured to the rear mirror panel by at least one hinge. The plurality of panels have a closed position where they are folded over the rear panel and an open position where they are folded off and away from the base panel. There is a light fixture located at the top of the rear panel to aid the user. Power to the light may be provided by a battery or by an electric cord. A carrying handle can be provided to make it easy to transport the portable mirror.

Abstract: The present disclosure is a one-way drawer stop having a counterbalanced latch 16 and stop plate 20. In the preferred embodiment the latch mechanism 16 is installed on the sliding member 14 while the stop plate 20 is installed on the stationary member 22. In operation, the sliding member 14 is moved from a closed position where it encounters the stop plate 20 whereupon the exposed end of the latch mechanism 16 is depressed moving it from engagement with the stop plate allowing the sliding member to be fully opened. When the sliding member 14 is moved from the open position into the closed position, the latch 16 rides up and over the stop mechanism 20 providing the sliding member with a stop mechanism that prevents opening but not closing.

A plurality of user selectable pin sets is positioned within the plurality of outer and inner rows. A lock core for receiving a key therein is releasably connected within the second bore and includes a core pin set wherein a respective one of the plurality of user selectable pin sets is aligned with the core pin set creating an active pin formulation.
