    Abstract: A wall-mounted storage and organization organizer for notes, memos, calendars, business cards, reminders, keys and the like, comprising a multi-door cabinet is herein disclosed. The organizer has approximate dimensions of twenty-eight (28) inches in height, twenty (20) inches in width, and three (3) inches in depth. The front door is provided with a clear pane under which photographs, calendars and the like can be placed on a second door in a neat manner for all to see without opening the outer door. When additional doors of the organizer are opened, additional organizational spaces are provided. The organizer further provides cork board surfaces and white board surfaces as well as a magnetic tray for holding dry erase markers and an eraser. Such surfaces would allow users to leave themselves or others messages or large notes. The rearmost door provides a mounting means thereto a wall surface and provides a series of varying sized pockets capable of holding small business cards up to a large sheet of paper.

    Abstract: A device for the quick removal of spent fishing line from a fishing reel comprised of a cylindrical housing for a rechargeable battery and a high-speed motor is directly coupled to a threaded shaft capable of holding an empty spool that is held in place by a conventional fastening means. In use, a loose end of the spent fishing line on the fishing reel is fastened to an empty spool, the reel and the spool aligned, and the device activated. The spent line is unwound from the rod reel making it ready for replacement in a conventional manner. The compacted spent line can be kept to be re-used later or discarded.

A tool or electronic device is equipped with an electronic receiver that receives an authorization code from a remote transmitter. Should the item be stolen, the rightful owner can disable it remotely, rendering it worthless. Additionally, the system provides for a Global Positioning System Receiver (GPS) that allows the invention to determine its physical location to within a few feet anywhere on the face of the earth, and transmit its location to the original owner such that it may be recovered. The use of the present invention allows for increased security of portable tools and electronics in a manner that is quick, easy and effective.

    Abstract: An apparatus designed to fill multiple water balloons and other water-based toys at the same time is herein disclosed. The apparatus takes the form of a large stand approximately thirty-four (34) inches high and twenty-four (24) inches wide made using polyvinylchloride (PVC) piping and fittings. The apparatus is supported across the bottom using two (2) “T”-shaped legs, also made of PVC pipe. A water connection to a standard garden hose is provided on one (1) leg near the bottom. Four (4) angled valves are provided across a top portion, such that up to four (4) users can use the apparatus simultaneously to refill water-based toys such as squirt guns or water balloons. When finished at each station, each user can easily turn off an individual valve, thus avoiding the wasting of water.

    Abstract: A caddy apparatus designed to hold paint, construction items, supplies, tools and other materials while on an extension ladder without interfering with the safety of the person standing on the ladder is herein disclosed. The apparatus uses a dimensioned dowel rod which is selectably placed through the hollow cavity of the ladder rungs and extends through to either side where it is used to support the apparatus. The apparatus comprises a “U”-shaped bracket, which is supported on the dowel rod in any one of three closely-spaced hanging tubes. The base of the bracket provides a large flat tray for use in holding materials while working on the extension ladder. The use of said caddy allows workers on extension ladders quick access to tools, supplies and materials in an efficient and safe manner.

    Abstract: An attachable brush for footwear, particularly suited for an umpire to clean dirt from home plate during a baseball game is herein disclosed. The footwear comprises a bristle portion along one (1) side and sized approximately one (1) inch wide and four (4) inches long, with the bristle portions being approximately one (1) inch. The brush body is attached to the footwear by means of a flap made of leather or similar resilient material. The flap is attached to the top of the brush body and is removably attached to the footwear by use of eyelets that would be interlocked with the shoelaces on the footwear. This enables the umpire to slightly lift his foot, allowing the brush to hang down, and sweep it back and forth over the home plate area. Its positioning would not allow it to interfere with walking or other activities when not being used.

Two (2) rear wheels of the stroller are driven by a battery-powered motor utilizing a chain-driven drive train. The motor is controlled by a handlebar-mounted control lever, which when pushed motivates the stroller in a forward direction. During times when the motor and drive train are deactivated, the stroller may be pushed in a normal manner. The apparatus is additionally provided with an emergency braking system to stop or securely park the stroller. The battery is recharged by a normal household outlet and an electrical cord when the stroller is not in use.

The mesh construction of the basket allows water to quickly drain out and enables included items to dry quickly.

The water closet section of the toilet is covered on the bottom and all four (4) side surfaces up to a water line with a preformed foam covering. The foam is envisioned to be of a closed cell design similar to that used on insulating sleeves for glasses and canned beverages. The foam is approximately one-quarter (¼) inch thick and available in a wide variety of colors to match all bathroom decors. The foam covering would be made in halves that meet in a shiplap joint on the sides of the water closet. Finally, the cover would be held in place on the water closet with multiple strips of hook and loop fastener material, thus allowing it to be easily removed for replacement or cleaning.
