  • Patent number: 7953316
Abstract: The invention as presently conceived discloses an apparatus that provides the dual function of protecting the contents of a camera bag as well as providing an elevated platform, specifically for a photographer. The apparatus resembles a conventional step-stool with a single step; however, it has two adjustable straps capable of securing a large camera bag containing multiple cameras and accessories to a bottom surface of the stool. The stool's rigid structure and design protects the bag and its contents from damage. The top of the stool surface is covered with a semi-cushioning, non-stick surface to prevent slippage. When functioning as only a stool, it allows a photographer to have additional height when shooting photographs, or serve as a small chair to sit upon when waiting for a photographic opportunity, or as a small work table to place camera parts.

  • Patent number: 7948367
Abstract: A wireless braking and turning indicator attached to a motorcycle helmet and a motorcycle mounted transmitter is herein disclosed. An illumination assembly is attached on the rear surface of the helmet by means of either double-sided adhesive or an elastic band. An integral wireless receiver powered by a rechargeable battery receives a signal from a transmitter mounted on the motorcycle and electrically connected to the brake and turn signal indication circuits. In such a manner, the helmet-mounted light assembly will illuminate whenever the motorcycle brakes are applied in much the same manner as a center-mounted high brake light on motor vehicles. Turning direction is also indicated in like manner. When used, the rider's head is at a sufficient elevation to be easily seen by following traffic.

  • Patent number: 7946093
Abstract: A system to aid in the setting of tile work comprising tile spacers located at the corner of a tile to keep a tile evenly spaced from other tiles. The tile spacers each comprise a circular-shaped disk with integrally-molded spacer tabs in a variety of orientations, thus allowing use of the spacer against another wall, in a corner or a similar location. Each tile spacer is designed to remain in place after the tile is set and be covered with grout, thus making it invisible after the installation is complete. Finally, the tile spacer is provided with a threaded center hole designed to accommodate a threaded stem with permanently attached wing nut. The user can then tighten or loosen the bolt to raise or lower the tile spacer and subsequently the adjacent tile to an equal elevation. The threaded stem is simply removed after the tile has set, making for an invisible and effective installation.

  • Patent number: 7938496
Abstract: A foldable turntable surface capable of being compactly stored therewithin a cabinet comprising two (2) folding round shelves hingedly connected to a center section is herein disclosed. The hinges divide the turntable surface in such a manner that the shelves may be folded into the center to allow the turntable to be removed through a standard cabinet door opening. • Patent number: 7937884
Abstract: An apparatus that organizes, stores, and transports fishing lures comprising a series of vertical dividers as would be found in a filing cabinet each having a perforated panel that allows the fishing lure and hook to be hung is herein disclosed. In such a manner, the fishermen can organize their fishing lures by style, size, or class and remove the respective panel from the dividers to select the appropriate lure. This storage method allows lures to be stored with the hooks attached while reducing the chance of the hooks and lures from becoming entangled. The storage box also comprises a top handle for transportation.

  • Patent number: 7925143
Abstract: An apparatus to heat potable water aboard a recreational marine watercraft includes a metal enclosure that sits atop one burner of a conventional galley stove powered separately from the engine and the source of AC power. Potable water is circulated through a tubing unit mounted within the enclosure by a pump operated by a low DC voltage. The heated potable water is then transferred back to the potable water holding tank through a check valve which prevents reversed flow of the heated water. This provides a boater with the ability to maintain a source of hot water while away from shore power or while the engine is turned off. The top of the enclosure is partially open to allow use of the burner for cooking, or boiling water as needed with the cooking vessel being placed atop of the enclosure.
