Abstract: A molded and seamless brassiere includes interior and exterior brassiere panels, each of at least one ply of a moldable material. At least one of the plies of the exterior panel is contiguous with at least one of the plies of the interior panel. The panels are affixed together with a clasp adhered between the interior and exterior panels, for capturing the clasp intermediate of said interior and exterior brassiere panels. The clasp is affixed to and at least in part projects from one of the interior or exterior brassiere panels, and one of the brassiere panels includes an aperture for that part of said clasp that projects from said interior and exterior brassiere panels to extend through. The clasp may be a hook and an eye. The interior and exterior brassiere panels may be affixed together around a perimeter of the interior panel.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device (10) for controlling the injection of reducing agent upstream from a catalyst (4) in an exhaust line (2) from a combustion engine. According to the invention, the injection of reducing agent in the exhaust line is controlled on the basis of result of comparison between a calculated accumulation actual value (A1) and a calculated accumulation setpoint value (A2). The invention also relates to a computer program comprising program code for implementing said method, a computer program product comprising a medium which is readable by an electronic control unit and has stored on it a computer program intended to cause an electronic control unit to implement said method, and an electronic control unit.
Abstract: An input voltage sensing circuit comprising a circuit input terminal; a comparator having first and second input terminals, the first of said input terminals being coupled to a reference voltage; a switch circuit provided between the circuit input terminal and the second of the input terminals of the comparator, the switch being provided to protect the comparator from voltages exceeding a predetermined voltage at which the switch turns off; and an electrostatic discharge circuit coupled to the circuit input terminal for discharging electrostatic induced voltages exceeding a predetermined value.
Abstract: The present invention describes water-soluble homopolymers obtained by polymerization of monomers containing multiple unsaturations. These monomers form inclusion complexes with cyclodextrins and methylated cyclodextrins. The unsaturated site involved in the formation of the inclusion complex does not take part in the polymerization reaction. After cyclodextrin is recovered, the polymer containing multiple unsaturations can be further polymerized either by thermal and/or photochemical initiators to yield crosslinked polymers.

Abstract: A method for predictive maintenance of a cutting unit of an automatic machine; the method determining, with a given frequency, the value of a characteristic quantity of the cutting unit related to contact between a cutting member and a counter-member; determining a curve for extrapolating the time pattern of the characteristic quantity value, and programming maintenance work on the cutting unit when the curve is outside a given acceptance range.
Abstract: A method for producing permanent integral connections of oxide-dispersed metallic materials by welding. The materials or components to be connected are overlapped to form an overlapping region in a joining region of the overlapping region. The materials or components are heated below the melting temperatures of the materials and are welded to at least partially form a diffusion bond by a welding method. A noble metal foil may be between the components to be connected. The diffusion bond is heated subsequently to a temperature below the melting temperature of the materials or components and the bond is mechanically recompacted by hammering.

Abstract: In this process, the LNG stream is sub-cooled with a refrigerating fluid in a first heat exchanger. This refrigerating fluid undergoes a closed second refrigeration cycle which is independent of the first cycle. The closed cycle comprises a phase of heating the refrigerating fluid in a second heat exchanger, and a phase of compressing the refrigerating fluid in a compression apparatus to a pressure greater than its critical pressure. It further comprises a phase of cooling the refrigerating fluid originating from the compression apparatus in the second heat exchanger and a phase of dynamically expanding of a proportion of the refrigerating fluid issuing from the second heat exchanger in a turbine. The refrigerating fluid is formed by a mixture of nitrogen-containing fluids.
Abstract: The present invention relates to instant beverage powders, in particular aromatized or nonaromatized instant black tea powders, instant green tea powders, or instant Oolong tea powders, aromatized or nonaromatized instant herbal tea powders and instant fruit tea powders said powders containing ? 90% isomaltulose as a carrier and urea in reinforcing the sweetening power of isomaltulose.

Abstract: An underwater storage installation for a cryogenic liquid. A foundation base rests directly on the sea floor. An underwater cell for storing the cryogenics liquid and cryogenic liquid-supply and -discharge conduits. The storage cell comprises a sealed outer chamber and a vapor barrier disposed inside the outer chamber and which defines a watertight space. A separation space is disposed between the outer chamber and the vapor barrier. Spacers are disposed in the space to keep the chamber and the vapor barrier at a distance from one another. The installation can be used for the storage of liquefied natural gas.
Abstract: Method and device for pivoting plate elements travelling on a flat conveyor, the conveyor being provided with two parallel left and right paths, respective driven at different speeds. The paths define between them a separating line on which the plate elements are rotated around an axis by application of each of the two path speeds on a left portion of the plate element and on a right portion of the plate element defined by the separating line. The method involves maintaining the barycenter of each plate element sufficiently close to the separating line to extend the effect of the rotation applied to these plate elements.
Abstract: A liquid pharmaceutical composition is disclosed comprising calcitonin or an acid addition salt thereof and citric acid or salt thereof in a concentration from about to about 50 mM, said composition being in a form table for nasal administration. A liquid pharmaceutical composition is provided for nasal administration of calcitonin or an acid addition salt thereof. The nasal pharmaceutical formulations contain a component selected from the group consisting of citric acid, citric acid salt and a combination thereof.
Abstract: A dimmable electronic ballast for an HID lamp includes a rectifier stage for rectifying an AC input and providing a rectified DC output, a power factor correction stage for modifying a power factor of the AC input and for providing an increased voltage DC output from the rectified DC output, an electronic ballast control circuit for providing a driving signal comprising a pulse train for controlling a switching operation of an output switch stage driving the HID lamp; the output switch stage having at least one electronic switching element coupled to the increased voltage DC output for providing a pulsed power signal to the HID lamp to power the lamp, the electronic ballast control circuit having a feedback input comprising a signal related to the power dissipated by the HID lamp for maintaining the power at a desired level, the desired level being set by a dimming control input to the electronic ballast control circuit. The circuit provides high frequency power, typically above 50 kHz, to the HID lamp.
