  • Patent number: 7069730
Abstract: A system dispenses both liquid natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG). A bulk tank contains a supply of LNG which is pumped to a smaller storage tank. After the storage tank is refilled, LNG from the bulk tank is pumped to a vaporizer so that CNG is produced. The CNG may be routed to the LNG in the storage tank to condition it. It is also used to recharge a pressurizing cylinder that is placed in communication with the head space of the storage tank when it is desired to rapidly dispense LNG to a vehicle. A bank of cascaded storage cylinders alternatively may receive CNG from the vaporizer for later dispensing through the system CNG dispenser. The CNG from the vaporizer may also be dispensed directly via the system CNG dispenser.

  • Patent number: 7068050
Abstract: A Moisture and Density Detector (MDD) provides a method and apparatus to determine the moisture content and/or density, as well as presence and location of anomalies, and/or wood type of any dielectric material for various purposes. This device is very useful in detecting the moisture content of wood and wood-based materials, such as that of lumber in a dry kiln prior to, during and/or following drying. The MDD passes a radio frequency signal and/or any other signal between opposed or adjacent capacitance electrodes and measures the signal strength and phase shift of the signal. The addition of phase shift and multiple frequencies improves the accuracy of the results.

  • Patent number: 7069371
Abstract: A motherboard of a computer system has a video display port, a reprogrammable non-volatile memory, a controller for the non-volatile memory, and a graphics controller circuit for outputting video signals to the video display port. A wired-OR circuit connects the graphics controller circuit to the controller to the port. Thus, the video display port can be used to output video signals from the computer system to a peripheral video display device, and the video display port can be used as an input port to reprogram the non-volatile memory. The present invention also relates to a non-volatile memory device which has an array of non-volatile memory cells and two ports for communication therewith. A first port receives a first communication protocol and interfaces with the array in the first communication protocol. A second port receives a second communication protocol and converts the second communication protocol into the first communication protocol.

  • Patent number: 7061295
Abstract: An oscillator that can be used within a high voltage generation and regulation system for non-volatile memory. The system may comprise a charge pump that may have at least one pump and an oscillator. In one aspect the oscillator provides clock signals to the pump. The output of the oscillator may be disabled without turning off the clock generation. The oscillator may be a ring oscillator. In one aspect, the ring oscillator and the output stage may comprise inverters with a capacitor coupled to the output of the inverter. In one aspect, the ratio of the capacitors in the ring oscillator to the capacitor in the output stage determine the phase shift between the two clock signals. In another aspect, the capacitance of the capacitors are identical and a bias applied the ring oscillator and the output stage are radioed to adjust the phase between the two clock signals.
