This invention makes it possible to apply a primer to the surface of an aluminum material with excellent corrosion resistance.

A defective line information store circuit stores information showing the defective line. A supply circuit supplies information stored in the defective line information store circuit to the redundant circuit via the signal line. This structure enables to transmit an address signal and information regarding a defective line by a common signal line and to reduce the number of wirings and the probability of the penalties of wirings arising.

As a result, it is possible to suppress the generation of dislocations or crystal defects over an epitaxial grown layer based on the atmosphere while the substrate temperature is lowered after the growth of the semiconductor layer and a difference in a coefficient of thermal expansion, thereby obtaining a semiconductor device having a high quality ZnO based oxide semiconductor layer which has an excellent crystalline property and a semiconductor light emitting device having the high characteristics.

    Abstract: A voltage generating unit includes first resistors and a first transistor connected in series between first and second power supply lines. Since the gate of the first transistor is constantly supplied with a voltage higher than its drain voltage, the rise of a first voltage of a first node is gentle compared to that in the conventional art. A starter signal generating unit generates, according to the first voltage, a second voltage at a second node connecting a second resistor with a second transistor. The timing of reversing the logic level of the second voltage is delayed compared to that in the conventional art. Therefore, the time period from power-up until output of a starter signal is longer than in the conventional art. Consequently, even when the power supply voltage is low, the time period required to initialize an internal circuit is ensured, thereby initializing the internal circuit without fail.
