Abstract: An image sensor includes a substrate, a frame layer, signal input terminals, a photosensitive chip, a transparent layer, a plurality of wires and a glue layer. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The frame layer is placed on the first surface to form a cavity together with the substrate. The signal input terminals are formed on the frame layer. The photosensitive chip has plural bonding pads, and is placed on the first surface of the substrate and positioned within the cavity. The transparent layer is placed over the frame layer to define, in the cavity, at least one exposure area through which the bonding pads of the photosensitive chip are exposed. The wires penetrate through the exposure area and electrically connect the bonding pads to the signal input terminals. The glue layer covers the exposure area to seal the plurality of wires.
Abstract: This invention generally relates to a method and apparatus for securing data contents stored in a non-volatile memory. More specifically, data contents to be stored a flash memory are first partitioned into block based data and rotated such that the addresses are scrambled. During a read operation, a random sequence generated through a random number generator causes contents of the retrieved data to also include original and extra (dummy) data. Through filtering and reverse rotation, original data contents are recovered. Accordingly, data contents in the flash memory are protected against unauthorized access, revision, or modification.
Abstract: A base plate support for a container, comprising a main body, horizontal fastening plate, and at least one vertical fastening plate. The main body has a tube-like structure extended along a longitudinal direction and an upper side which is by a gap divided into two half-plates. A connecting plate bridges the gap inside the tube-like structure. The horizontal fastening plate extends from a lateral side of the main body for holding a base plate of a container. The vertical fastening plate extends from an upper side of the main body for holding a lateral wall plate of the container, continuing from one of the two half-plates. A force generated by a bomb blast flexibly deforms at least one of the two half-plates and is thus effectively absorbed.

Abstract: A light collimating system includes a transparent substrate, a plurality of conic elements and a screen. Each of the conic elements has a relatively narrow light incident side to which the screen is attached and a relatively wide light emitting side attached to the transparent substrate. Each of the conic elements has several segments which are arranged to form a truncated cone with an opening angle that decreases towards the light emitting side. The screen has a plurality of transmission areas covered by the light incident sides of the conic elements. Outside the transmission areas, incoming light is reflected from the screen. Diffuse light entering the conic elements through the transmission areas of the screen is collimated by refraction and total reflection at peripheral surfaces of the conic elements, resulting in a light bundle of narrow angular intensity distribution emanating from the transparent substrate.
Abstract: A lower inertial compact disk driving device is disclosed. The disk and laser head are static and optical unit device are used as a medium of the laser optical path. Furthermore, the focusing is realized. An optical unit device is used as a medium of the laser beam and a displacing device is used to change the position of the optical unit device. The focusing device has two rigid sliding tracks, one focus coil, and two permanent magnets. The rigid sliding tracks are used as a linkage. The focusing error from the laser beam passing through the optical unit device is converted into a focusing driving voltage which is applied to the focus coil so that a magnetic field is generated. This field is interacted with permanent magnets so that the focus coil moves up and down. Thereby, the rigid sliding tracks move up and down to drive the optical unit device to move.
Abstract: An operation method for controlling memorized page access attribute of the memory and its structure, particularly a control method for a low-level driver or system chipset to perform the control of read and write to partial areas of the memory, mainly by means of making use of buffer memory to configure procedures to perform operation area configuration of memory, and by means of practical operation procedures to confirm the operation mode of the said area, to further control said region in such modes as read only, write only, write once, read once, etc., to prevent programs which have been loaded into the memory and will be executed and passwords which have been verified from being intruded by illegal hacker, virus, etc, to provide a common protective design to the system safety.
Abstract: A structure for reflection of light comprising a curved surface reflector for reflecting the light emitted from a light source located on a focus of the curved surface reflector, and a semi-sphere surface for reflecting the light emitted from the light source located on a center of the semi-sphere surface. In specific, the focus of the curved surface reflector and the center of the semi-sphere surface are so positioned as to be substantially on the same location, thus after the light emitted from the light source is reflected by the semi-sphere surface, the reflected light passes through the center to illuminate on the curved surface reflector, so that all of the light emitted from the light source can pass through the center to illuminate on the curved surface reflector and is then reflected by the same so as to obtain a condensed light beam with the smaller converging angle and spot size.
Abstract: The invention discloses a server apparatus, comprising a case, a backboard, a signal-exchange device and a plurality of computer devices. There are two breaches on the front and the back of the case, and there are a plurality of symmetric guiders in the vertical inner side. The backboard has two faces, one sticking on the breach of the back of the case and there are a plurality of connect-slots, each slot connecting the others through electric signals. The back of the signal-exchange device and computer device respectively sets at least a first and second connector and the vertical width of the signal-exchange device is smaller than the width of the guider; thereby, we can set the signal-exchange and computer device into the symmetric guiders. While the computer device and the signal-exchange device completely slide into the case, the first connector and the second connector wedge in the corresponding connect-slots.
Abstract: A storage/retrieval device for optical disk comprises a casing and a disk shelf rotatably mounted in the casing, the disk shelf comprising plural storage grooves each for receiving an optical disk. An ejecting/placing mechanism is mounted in the casing for proceeding with storage/retrieval of the optical disk. A control/display device is operably connected to a drive device for driving the disk shelf to turn. The control/display device comprises a detecting circuit for detecting a position of an associated one of the storage grooves of the disk shelf for receiving the optical disk to be stored/retrieved. The optical disk is automatically ejected out of the casing via a window in the casing from the associated one of the storage grooves of the disk shelf or placed into the associated one of the storage grooves of the disk shelf upon opening of the window of the casing.
