    Abstract: A replaceable liquid crystal display back plate for portable computer includes a back plate forming part of a housing of a liquid crystal display of a portable computer and being provided on an outer surface with a flat area. A guide mechanism includes a plurality of L-shaped tabs provided at two laterally inner sides of the replaceable cover plate corresponding to the outer edges formed on the flat area of the back plate. When the replaceable cover plate is vertically downward set in the flat area on the back plate, the L-shaped tabs of the replaceable cover plate pass the notches of the back plate and then the replaceable cover plate is horizontally slid along the outer edges, so that the replaceable cover plate covers on the flat area of the back plate.

    Abstract: A gas analysis system. The system includes a Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer, a signal transformation module, an unknown chemical analysis module, a calibration model determination module, and a gas concentration calculation module. The signal transformation module receives electronic signals corresponding respectively to background and sample interferograms corresponding to a sample gas from the FTIR spectrometer for further calculation to obtain an absorption spectrum of the sample gas. The unknown chemical analysis module qualitatively analyzes the absorption spectrum of the sample gas to determine the chemical species in the sample gas. The calibration model determination module decides a calibration model. The gas concentration calculation module calculates the gas concentration of each chemical species according to the absorption spectrum, the calibration model and a standard spectrum of the chemical species.

A twin-wire electric arc process is performed to melt the wire tips, and metal melt is formed. Simultaneously, the metal melt is broken up into melt droplets by an atomizing device. The operating temperature of the electric arc process is controlled between melting point and boiling point of the wire, to avoid vaporization of the melt droplets. Then, a fast cooling is performed to quench the melt droplets. Thus, melt droplets are solidified to ?m-scaled, spherical and dense powders comprising nano-grains (d<100 nm).
