A water-guiding groove is provided along the sealing flange at a position adjacent to the cover plate. Rainwater falling on the top of the cover plate and the sealing flange immediately flows downward due to its weight to the water-guiding groove and two lateral sides of the sealing flange without accumulating or leaking into the data port to cause damage to the portable electronic device.
