    Abstract: A method and a system for detecting stand-alone operation of a distributed generating system having a generating source connected in shunt with an independent power distribution system via a first branch breaker are proposed. A voltage or a frequency signal on the independent power distribution system is read. The wavelet transformation is performed on the voltage or frequency signal to form a time versus high-frequency component window and a time versus low-frequency component window for conveniently detecting the perturbation in the time domain of the signal. Next, whether the absolute value of the high-frequency component is greater than a threshold value and whether the duration is longer than another threshold value are determined. If both answers are yes, a stand-alone operation occurs. An alarm signal is immediately generated and sent to the first branch breaker to release the connection between the generating source and the power distribution system.

    Abstract: An electric signal transmission connector assembly includes at least one plug and a receptacle mounted to an electronic apparatus. The plug and the receptacle are internally provided at two opposite positions with a permanent magnet each, so that the plug may be easily connected to the receptacle through magnetic attraction between the two magnets. The plug and the receptacle also include a plurality of terminals each. When the plug and the receptacle are magnetically connected to each other, the terminals thereof are contacted with one another to enable transmission of electric signals or supply of power via the plug and the receptacle. Two or more plugs may be stacked up to magnetically connect to the same one receptacle to save a lot of space by magnetically connecting a lower connecting section of an upper plug to an upper receiving section of a lower plug.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing LED light string includes the steps of forming an LED light body from multiple serially connected printed circuit boards, fixing the LED light body to a base, and connecting a light-transmissible shell to the light body to form a cluster lamp; preparing a power cord, to which multiple lamp sockets are serially connected; fitting multiple cluster lamps to the lamp sockets on the power cord, so that the LED light bodies are made to emit light. A lampshade is detachably engaged with each lamp socket. The lampshade and the lamp socket may be differently designed to create romantic feeling. The number of LED light bodies on each cluster lamp and the number of cluster lamps on one LED light string may be varied as desired to increase the brightness of the light string while reduce the manufacturing cost of the LED light string.

    Abstract: A heat sink module includes a fan set and a heat sink plate. The fan set is integrated as a whole, reducing manufacture time, and the material of the fan set is plastic, thus reducing the weight as well. Due to the hook design of the fan set and the ear design of the heat sink plate, the number of screws is reduced. Furthermore, the screws pass through the first lug of the heat sink plate and the second lug of the fan set, so that the heat sink plate and the fan set are fixed on the motherboard, and thereby the number of the parts to be fixed by screws is reduced. Heat from the heat source on the motherboard is conducted to the fan set to be dispersed through the heat sink plate extending to the heat source and covering the fan set.

    Abstract: A method that controls the distribution of plasma generated in a vacuum chamber, for example, as part of a plasma thin film deposition or plasma etching process. For thin film deposition, the method serves to minimize variations in film thickness caused by the variations of the film deposition conditions. The vacuum chamber includes a high-frequency-wave electrode connected to a high-frequency electric power supply and an earth electrode connected to ground potential. High frequency-electric power is fed to the high-frequency-wave electrode and peak-to peak voltages are measured at multiple measuring points on one of the two electrodes. The distribution of the plasma is controlled by adjusting the chamber pressure to minimize the differences between the measured peak-to-peak voltages.

The device of the present invention integrates the merits of the reflective and transmitted displayer, and can be used outdoors, indoors or in darkness. Otherwise, a back light module can compensate for the contrast of the displayer effectively.

It moves with the main piston in an upward stroke and in a downward stroke. It forms a direct fuel injection device in the cylinder without carburetor.
