  • Patent number: 6316056
Abstract: A method for producing isolation copper facing membranes, in which the basic material is the “polyimide” isolation membrane “KAPTON”, includes the steps of: cleaning the “polyimide” isolation membrane “KAPTON” using a high pressure air stream to remove dust from the board; placing the board in a vacuum facing copper chamber, the pressure in the vacuum facing copper device should be kept at about 1×10−3 Torr, and then Argon and Oxygen, at a ratio of 1:3, should be inserted; the vacuum pressure should then be adjusted to about 5×10−3 Torr; facing copper is produced by spreading for 5 minutes, producing a thin CuO membrane on the “polyimide” isolation membrane “KAPTON”; the CuO membrane on the “polyimide” isolation membrane is placed into another vacuum with only Argon and the pressure is maintained at about 1×10−3 Torr.

  • Patent number: 6314966
Abstract: A rotating member is connected through a motor shaft to a motor provided in a housing of the body. A clip is composed of a first holding member and a second holding member, which are energized so that their respective ends are pressed against each other. The first holding member is attached to the end of the rotating member in the direction of the center of its rotating axis. When a switch is turned on in this condition, the rotation of the rotating member is transferred to the first holding member and the clip turns in a prescribed direction. Accordingly the hair held at the end of the clip is twisted at a designated speed in a prescribed direction.

  • Patent number: 6314155
Abstract: A frequency counter 1 includes a binary counter section 11 having a binary counter 20 for counting up frequency data, and a EEPROM counter section 12 having an EEPROM 40 containing frequency data. In a frequency count processing, frequency data of the EEPROM 40 are loaded into the binary counter 20. The binary counter 20 executes count up by a specified frequency on the loaded frequency data. The counted up frequency data are written into the EEPROM 40 to update the frequency data of the EEPROM 40. In one frequency count process, rewriting of the EEPROM 40 is completed once, which means that the number of time the EEPROM 40 is rewritten is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6312241
Abstract: A gear pump includes a pair of gears accommodated in a gear chamber. When the inside pressure of a trap region which is changed with the rotation of the gears becomes substantially equal to the inside pressure of an inlet chamber, the communication state is switched from a state in which communication between the trap region and the first and second relief channels is blocked to a state in which the trap region communicates with the second relief channel. With the inside pressure of the trap region being substantially equal to the inside pressure of the inlet chamber, the trap region is opened to the inlet chamber.

Abstract: The width of an input/output forming region is matched with the minimum width adoptable as a layout interval between pads in advance. Pads corresponding to (least common multiple)÷(layout interval between pads) in number are disposed so as to correspond to input/output cells corresponding to (least common multiple)÷(width of input/output cell forming region) in number, based on the least common multiple between the width of each input/output cell forming region and the layout interval between the pads. Owing to such a construction, a semiconductor device can be provided which meets user demands with ease and in a short time.
