  • Patent number: 7814853
Abstract: The forced air cavity and control system for watercraft provides a source of compressed air against the hull, the compressed air being distributed via a pivotally adjustable air scoop mounted proximate the front of the boat, to which is connected a series of conduits (air passageways) leading downwardly from the housing. The conduits exit at openings in a V-shaped step in the hull of the watercraft to emit high pressure air against the hull to thereby reduce friction caused by hull contact with the water. A hydraulic ram operably connected to the air scoop provides a means of pivotal adjustment. A plurality of ice runners is provided on the bottom of the watercraft to increase stability of control under reduced water friction conditions.

  • Patent number: 7815383
Abstract: The compact toothbrush (10) has a handle that is designed so that the toothbrush (10) can be held within a user's open palm. The toothbrush's lower portion (12) has a substantially triangular contour. The toothbrush has a bristled head (14) and an oppositely disposed support rib (26). The support rib extends along the longitudinal axis of the toothbrush from an upper edge of the toothbrush's head (14), to a central region of the toothbrush's lower portion. The lower portion of the toothbrush handle has first and second opposed, outwardly flared side edges (30, 32) that are joined together at the lower edge (34) so that the lower portion has a substantially V-shaped cross-sectional contour. The user cups the toothbrush (10) in the palm of his hand and extends two fingers adjacent to the support rib to stabilize the toothbrush (10) while brushing his teeth.

  • Patent number: 7817405
Abstract: The portable electrical distribution enclosure is a chassis made of anodized aluminum. The chassis has a bottom panel and two side panels. The two side panels extend parallel to each other and at right angles from the bottom panel, making the chassis rectangular. The enclosure further includes high density polyethylene front and rear panels with legs extending below the bottom panel. The front and rear legs insure that the chassis is off the ground to permit air to flow under the chassis and into vents to cool the chassis during use of the portable electrical distribution enclosure. There is also a high density polyethylene top with at least one handle. The high density polyethylene can withstand high impacts or collateral damage from surrounding environment, weather, or marine applications. Additionally, it is lightweight and nonconductive.

  • Patent number: 7813713
Abstract: The first responder communication system provides a digitally signed data object identifying first responders. Utilizing the digitally signed data object, a mobile cellular switching system (MCS), has a call completion protocol to verify first responder call status and permit the connection to queue. Upon emergency declaration, non-first responders are denied access to the system. The digitally signed object may be provided by a PIV card interfaced to the wireless cellular telephone. The digitally signed object is released from the PIV after a user enters a PIN using a key pad of the cellular telephone. After the valid digitally signed object has been transmitted, continued priority cell phone operations is provided for the validity time period even though the PIV has been removed from the cell phone interface.
