Abstract: A pair of hairdressing scissors comprises first and second scissor elements pivotally connected together, each scissor element including a blade portion. The blade portion of the second scissor element has a cutting edge. The blade portion of the first scissor element includes a plurality of teeth that are spaced by an interval. Each tooth on the second scissor element includes a distal end having a first side that faces the cutting edge of the first scissor element and a second side that faces away from the cutting edge. The first side of the distal end of each tooth includes a distal first guide face and a second guide face extended from the distal first guide face. The distal first guide face has a slope smaller than that of the second guide face. The second guide face includes a cutting edge that cooperates with the cutting edge of the second scissor element for cutting hair. A distal beveled face and a third guide face are formed between the first side and the second side of the distal end.

Abstract: A sunglasses comprising a U-shaped frame having a slot in either end, a groove at the underside having a length substantially the same as frame, a nose pad, a first recess adjacent the nose pad, and a second recess above the first recess; an integrally formed lens having a latched piece in either end and a flexible latched member having a substantially conic shape conformed to the recesses on the top central portion wherein the top edge of the lens, the latched member, and the latched pieces are clung to the groove, the second recess through the first recess, and slots respectively; and a pair of temples. The set of sunglasses is more simplified in components and thus assembly. Further, the stability is enhanced due to the additional securing of the latched member in the second recess.

Abstract: A track device is provided for a desk having a plate slidably mounted therein and includes a pair of tracks respectively fixed to two mutually facing inner walls of the desk and a pair of sliding strips securely and respectively mounted two lateral sides of the plate. A bumping block is mounted to each track and includes an end. An arcuate bumping member is provided on the end of the bumping block for impeding an end of an associated sliding strip. Two ribs project from an end face of the end of the bumping block and extend radially outward toward the arcuate bumping member, thereby presenting a V-shape configuration.

Abstract: A vehicle has a transmission shaft having an annular flange, a threaded end, a recess, and a cotter key inserted in the recess. A differential gearing device receives the transmission shaft. The differential gearing device has a bearing cover, a first one-way thrust bearing, a hollow bearing block, a second one-way thrust bearing, and a positioning disk. The hollow bearing block has a plate having four through holes. The first one-way thrust bearing and the second one-way thrust bearing are disposed in the hollow bearing block. Two screws fasten the bearing cover and the hollow bearing block together. A plurality of bolts fasten the plate and a driven element together. The transmission shaft passes through the bearing cover, the first one-way thrust bearing, the hollow bearing block, the second one-way thrust bearing, the positioning disk, and the driven element.

Abstract: A skate board scooter includes a board having two mounting plates extended from an underside thereof. Two side plates are provided and each has a lower end extended through an opening of the board and securely attached to an associated mounting plate. A sleeve that rotatably holds a steering rod assembly includes two wings extended from an outer periphery thereof. Each wing is pivotally attached between the side plates. An engaging member includes a first end releasably engaged with notches defined in the wings and a second end pivotally attached between the side plates. A quick release assembly is mounted to the side plates for releasably retaining the wings in place relative to the side plates when the quick release assembly is in a locking state. The wings are pivotally movable relative to the side plates when the quick release assembly is in a release state.

Abstract: A buckle device for luggage includes a male part connected to a belt on the luggage and a female part which is removably connected to a position member on the luggage. The female part has a hole and a recess respectively defined through a bottom plate thereof The recess is smaller than the hole. The position member has two flanges and the bottom plate is located between the two flanges. One of the flanges is larger than the recess and smaller than the hole. The buckle device is located transversely above a zipper device of the luggage. The zipper device is operated without separating the female part from the male part and simply disengaging the female part from the position member by allowing the flange passing through the hole.

Abstract: A manual air pump includes an outer cylinder having a first chamber and a head provided to the second end of the outer cylinder. The head includes an outlet passage communicated with the first chamber for supplying air to an object to be inflated. An inner cylinder is securely mounted in the first chamber of the outer cylinder and includes a first end secured in the second end of the outer cylinder and a second end, the inner cylinder defining a second chamber that is communicated with the outlet passage. A piston rod has a first end with a piston slidably received in the first chamber of the outer cylinder and a second end extended beyond the outer cylinder, the piston separating the first chamber into a first chamber section adjacent to the head and a second chamber section distal to the head, the piston rod defining a third chamber therein. A handle is secured to the second end of the piston rod to move therewith.

Abstract: A sunshade base comprises a base adapted to engage with a support tube of a sunshade and two wheel assemblies each having a mounting plate and at least one wheel. The mounting plate is pivotally mounted to the base. The wheel is rotatably mounted to the mounting plate. The switch portion includes a switch portion seat, a control plate, an insulating plate, a pair of electrode terminals, an elastic connecting member, an annular connecting member, a rotary member, and a rivet. The variable resistor portion includes a pair of terminal seats each having variable resistor carbon film plates and terminals, a pair of contact plates, and a contact plate seat. The contact plates and the control plate are rotated by the rotation shaft, thereby forming the complete switch type variable resistor.

Abstract: A tool holder device comprises a main board, a slide seat releasably engaged with the main board and including a plurality of pegs, and a tool holder including a plurality of receptacles with different diameters for releasably holding wrenches of various sizes. The tool holder is releasably engaged with the slide seat. Each receptacle includes a resilient holding member for releasably holding an associated wrench in place. When the tool holder is engaged with the slide seat, each peg of the slide seat is received in an associated receptacle of the tool holder, and a wrench received in the tool holder rests on an associated peg with the wrench being not held by an associated holding means, thereby allowing ready removal of the wrench from the tool holder.

Abstract: A shaft of eyeglasses includes a front hinge member, a central sleeve member, and an ear piece. The front hinge member includes a front engagement member threadedly secured to an endpiece of the eyeglasses, a rear recessed member, a circular hole inside the rear recessed member, a notch on the periphery of the hole, a slope abutting the inside of the notch, and a projection on the rear end of the hinge member. The central sleeve member includes a first slot, a second slot with the projection received therein, and a protruded peg inserted into the hole. The protruded peg includes a protrusion slidably engaged with the notch, an arcuate groove movably engaged with the slope, a latched member having a tapered end, and an axial slit down the center of the protruded peg. The rear earpiece has a front portion inserted into the sleeve member. The angle of the sleeve member with respect to the hinge member is adjustable.

Abstract: An EVA book comprises a number of leaves and at least one pivot member. Each leaf has an edge and at least one hole adjacent to the edge. A slit extends from the edge into the hole. The pivot member includes a central member and two outer members respectively provided on two sides of the central member, thereby defining two outwardly facing recesses. Each leaf and the pivot member are deformable to allow forcible insertion of the pivot member into the hole until the central member is received in the slit, thereby allowing relative pivotal movement between the pivot member and the leaves. In addition, each leaf and the pivot member are also deformable to allow forcible removal of the pivot member from the hole.

Abstract: An electric nailing tool comprises a housing, a nail magazine for supplying nails, a spout attached to the nail magazine and having a passage communicated with the housing, a solenoid set, and a hammer. The solenoid set comprises at least two solenoids having a common through-hole for receiving the hammer. A percussion member is securely attached to an end of the hammer to move therewith, thereby driving a nail in the passage out of the spout upon percussion movement of the hammer. The solenoids are energized and de-energized in sequence to move the hammer back and forth along the common through-hole of the solenoids, thereby providing at least two impacting motions by the percussion member to the nail in the passage.
