Abstract: A magnet valve is installed by a method in which the fully machined valve member is locked in a receptacle of a fixed installation device. A magnet plate and a spacer plate are mounted on a receiving mandrel. The magnet plate, spacer plate and valve member are pressed against the receptacle, then the magnet plate and the spacer plate are displaced relative to the valve member, and the armature is secured to the receiving mandrel of the valve member in such a way that the armature then rests on the magnet plate.

Abstract: In the manufacturing method of the laminated metal plate, a fluorine resin film is used as a plastic film. Prior to a flame treatment, a joint surface of the metal plate is heated with a direct flame of 900° C. to 1200° C. for 1 to 5 seconds so that the joint surface is preheated to 40° C. to 70° C. After that, the joint surface of the metal plate is heated to 250° C. to 450° C. by the follow-on flame treatment.

Abstract: A main element which can be used as a rotor or stator for an electrical machine has a short-circuit ring and radially protruding teeth formed integrally onto the short-circuit ring, which teeth are offset from one another about circumferential angles. To make it possible to press a main element of relatively great axial length of SMC material with the required high material density, the SMC body is subdivided into a plurality of separately manufactured modules, placed against one another in axially aligned fashion, two each of which modules are embodied identically and on being placed against one another are rotated 180° in the plane defined by the module axes. Abstract: The invention relates to a drive device for a piston pump of a braking system of a vehicle having at least one piston element displaced in the longitudinal direction in a housing between an upper dead center and a lower dead center by means of an eccentric device. The eccentric device comprises at least one cam-shaped eccentric element having a covering surface forming a control curve which is used to control the displacement of the piston element. A roller bearing device is arranged between the control curve of the eccentric element and the piston element, which has such an elasticity that the piston element can be controlled according the predefined contour of the control curve of the eccentric element.
Abstract: A horizontal bag-making machine having a packaging material delivery unit, a product delivery unit, and a folding, sealing, and separating unit for folding the packaging material into a tube, sealing the folded packaging material in the directions transverse and parallel to a conveying direction and for cutting the packaging material into individual bag packages also has a tear-open assistance unit located in the conveying direction between the product delivery unit and the folding, sealing, and separating unit. The tear-open assistance unit produces an overlap of material in the separation region, the overlap of material extending at least approximately transversely to the conveying direction of the packaging material, and releasably fixes the overlap of material in the separation region. The bag packages produced in this way are easy to open yet are still in accordance with stringent hygiene regulations.

The valve is partially placed inside a valve block, in which an inlet borehole and an outlet borehole for a hydraulic fluid are made. The hydraulic part comprises a valve element inside of which a transversal borehole is made that communicates with the inlet borehole. In addition, a number of longitudinal boreholes, which are connected to the outlet borehole, are made in the valve element. The transversal borehole and the longitudinal boreholes are connected via a closing element. The valve enables a controlled opening and closing of the closing element thereby making a low-noise switching of the valve possible.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dosing system comprising a dosing means for metering a liquid, especially an aqueous urea solution used for the after treatment of exhaust gases generated by combustion engines. The liquid can be conveyed from a reservoir into an exhaust manifold through the dosing means in a normally operating conveying device. According to the invention, at least one area that is located between a dosing point and the reservoir and is impinged upon by the liquid can be emptied counter to a normal transport direction of the liquid.

Abstract: The invention relates to a fuel pump for a fuel system of an internal combustion engine, having a housing and a housing cap joined to the housing. Abstract: The invention relates to a packaging machine for inserting articles which are prepackaged in bags, into folding boxes in an insertion area. The bags can be inserted via an opening cross-section of the box which is able to be at least partially covered by an essentially flat top flap. A device having a receiving area for a top flap of a box is provided in the insertion area. The top flap is, in the insertion area, positioned in the receiving area and is kept in a convex shape so that, at least during the insertion of the bag and of the box when the top flap is convexly shaped, the opening cross-section of the box is larger than when the top flap is flat.
