  • Patent number: 7962824
Abstract: With nonvolatile memory device employing a nonvolatile memory suc h as multiple-valued NAND flash memory or the like in which each memory cell holds data in a plurality of pages, there is such a problem that, if an error occurred under writing data, data stored in other page in the same group of the current page is changed, and hence the object of the present invention is to solve this problem. In writing data into a nonvolatile memory 110, when error occurred under writing data into a certain page, an error page identification part 128 identifies an error type and a physical address of the page where error occurred. An error corrector 129 then corrects errors occurred in other pages belonging to the same group of error occurrence page.

  • Patent number: 7948733
Abstract: There is provided a static eliminator for accurately detecting a contamination condition of a discharge electrode, in which a target value as a target frame ground current value is changed from, for example, zero as a reference alternately to the plus side and the minus side to such a degree as not to affect the ion balance of a workpiece, and the follow-up time, namely a phase delay, with respect to the change in target value differs depending on the contamination condition of the discharge electrode, and becomes longer with the progress of the contamination, and by use of this characteristic, a plurality of thresholds are prepared and compared with a detected frame ground current value, so as to detect the contamination condition of the discharge electrode.

  • Patent number: 7918953
Abstract: Positioning recognition marks are read by movable recognition device for positioning objects to be bonded to each other. An alignment method includes a step of reading the recognition marks during movement of the recognition device before its complete stop, and a step of identifying absolute positions of the recognition marks by correcting the mark recognition positions having been read based on a position feedback signal of the moving recognition device. A mounting method using the alignment method is also disclosed. It is possible to maintain a high alignment accuracy, eliminate necessity of assuring a settling time for complete stop of the movable recognition device, and significantly reduce the alignment time and mounting tact.

  • Patent number: 7905957
Abstract: The present invention is related to a process for obtaining a larger area substrate of mono-crystalline gallium-containing nitride by making selective crystallization of gallium containing nitride on a smaller seed under a crystallization temperature and/or pressure from a supercritical ammonia-containing solution made by dissolution of gallium-containing feedstock in a supercritical ammonia-containing solvent with alkali metal ions, comprising: providing two or more elementary seeds, and making selective crystallization on the two or more separate elementary seeds to get a merged larger compound seed. The merged larger compound seed is used for a seed in a new growth process and then to get a larger substrate of mono-crystal gallium-containing nitride.

  • Patent number: 7903170
Abstract: An imaging apparatus includes a lens unit to be mounted in one-touch on a module unit affixed by reflow soldering or the like to a base plate. When the lens unit is mounted in one-touch on the module unit, the conical outer circumferential surface of a tip-end part of a lens press-fitting part is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface of the conical concave part of the holder to regulate the coaxiality of the installed lens. A flange face of the lens is directly received and supported by the holder to regulate the parallelity with the imaging element and, in addition, when the lens unit is mounted in one-touch on the module unit, the barrel which is integrally formed with the lens press-fitting part is snap-locked onto the upper end part of the holder to ensure the fixing of the barrel.
