Abstract: An improved screen printing frame is presented that is cast from one piece of plastic material and possesses support ribs to confer additional strength to the structure. The frame is designed to be produced by a low-cost single-mold casting process and to permit the attachment of screens by adhesive means.
Abstract: A modular dolly moving system is shown, which is composed of one or more dollies connected together with connector rods. The dollies are capable of accepting industry-standard e-track connectors used with cargo belts, and the dollies can be fitted with a variety of cart bars and cart handles.
Abstract: A toilet seat lifter means is described, using a minimally simple lever and gear means with a counterweight balanced action arm. The device is adaptable to all standard toilets available today and offers a minimum number of moving parts and no springs or pulleys.
Abstract: Compositions and methods for release of adherent deposits from surfaces and substrates are provided. The compositions are low volatile organic compound (low VOC) compositions, solutions or mixtures. Adherent deposits removed using the compositions include grease and oil, shoe polish, crayons, candle wax, gum, lipstick, stickers, adhesives, tape and others. The compositions may be used on any surface or substrate including carpet, fabrics, metals, painted surfaces (oil and latex), wallpapers and plastics, without harming the surface or substrate.
Abstract: An improved baseball swing trainer is presented where a standard wooden bat is modified with an embedded magnetic speed indicator based on a ball bearing and a magnet. The distance between the magnet and the ball bearing can be adjusted to adjust the amount of swing force necessary to break the ball bearing free. The device is mechanically simple and easy to install in any wooden bat.
Abstract: An improved toilet seat is presented that uses an electric generator, powerable by batteries, to generate negative ions that are dispersed into the toilet bowl to achieve odor control. The seat is configured like a standard toilet seat and is designed to be low-cost.
Abstract: Highly configurable software apparatus for recognizing and manipulating user-defined patterns in an input data stream. It allows the user to define unlimited combinations and sequences of patterns, and actions to perform when patterns are recognized. Patterns are defined in terms of user-defined sets. Patterns are linked in graph-like structures. As the input stream is scanned the apparatus progresses from one pattern (subpattern) to the next. The rules the apparatus follows to make transitions from one pattern to the next can be configured. Configured actions are performed as patterns are recognized in the input stream.
Abstract: An improved head and neck support pillow is presented that is light-weight, washable, and can be attached to a standard child's safety seat. The pillow is designed to support a child's head and neck while the child is in the seat and the vehicle is in operation.
Abstract: An improved hair-restraint device is presented, shaped as an elongated helix and possessing a detachable pin that can be inserted down the long axis of the helix to hold hair in place. The device can be made of rigid, semi-rigid, or flexible material that will hold the helical shape.
