    Abstract: A portable resistive-type exercise device adapted for both arm and leg exercises. The device includes a housing containing a reel and a length of cord. Within the housing are adjustable friction blocks for applying tension to the cord whereby resistance is exerted against a force withdrawing the cord from the housing. A handle or strap is provided to transmit the force to both the arms and legs. A bracket is supplied which allow for permanent wall mounting or temporary mounting about a door frame.

The primary medium passing through the inlet conduits is controllable to maintain a desired amount of fluidized particulate matter within the tubes when descaling is desired and reduced at the base inlet conduit to eliminate the fluidized particulate matter from flowing within the tubes when descaling is not desired while flow of the primary medium through the tubes is maintained.

The motor includes a manual rotatable thumbwheel for adjusting the speed of the rotating grinding surface for the type of glass being shaped. The sloping design of the work surface accelerates the escape of byproducts and provides complete support to the glass. Attachments for high-speed rotary sawing and engraving of glass at 10,000 revolutions per minute are available.

    Abstract: A circuit board test fixture has a mount with slots for loosely receiving the marginal edges of a diaphragm. Sealing surfaces curve downwardly from the slots for the diaphragm to form a direct seal against when drawn tightly thereabout. Innermost faces of the mount are spaced outwardly from the marginal edges of a backing plate that supports the diaphragm and moves perpendicular thereto. The mount projects upwards from a vacuum chamber base that is hingedly connected to a connector housing. The mount will maintain a seal with the diaphragm for an operative vacuum chamber when the base is pivoted upwardly to almost an upright position.

During the movement of the stoppage member between the upper and lower seats a flow path exists between the inlet chamber and vent chamber such that gases and/or fluid are vented on each stroke of the pump.

The apparatus has an adjustable bearing block assembly located at each quandrant to provide a precision alignment between the top plate and the base plate. A continuous double-hollow tube is located in a uniform groove in the base plate and forms a seal when held captive between the top plate and the base plate. A plurality of spring probe pressure pins are mounted within the chamber. The pins project through drilled individual access ports in the top plate and make electrical contact with a printed circuit board under test when the top plate collapses under a vacuum.
