Abstract: A printed wiring board has a circuit substrate 6 having a conductor circuit 5 and a through hole 60, and also has a joining pin 1 inserted into the through hole. The joining pin is manufactured by using a material unmelted at a heating temperature in joining the joining pin to an opposite party pad 81. The joining pin is constructed by a joining head portion 11 having a greater diameter than an opening diameter of the through hole. The joining pin forms a joining portion for joining and connection to the opposite party pad. The joining pin has a leg portion 12 having a diameter smaller than the through hole. The leg portion is inserted into the through hole and is joined to the through hole by a conductive material such as a soldering material 20, etc. In lieu of a joining pin, a joining ball approximately having a spherical shape can be joined to the through hole by the conductive material.

Abstract: The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a fermented food product, which enables the maturation phase of said product to be shortened and its organoleptic to be improved. The process is characterized by the addition to the raw material of a cluster of cell extracts of its fermenting micro-organisms, which are either naturally present or added in live state. The proportion of each extract in the cluster is approximately equivalent to that of the corresponding micro-organism in the fermenting mixture.

Abstract: The invention relates to dispersible tablets containing macrolides as active ingredients either on their own or associated with other active ingredients, in addition to a method for the production thereof. The dispersible tablets are characterized in that the macrolide is chosen from a group that is made up of pristinamycin, azithromycin, roxithromycin, clarithromycin and spiramycin, and is present in a basic form in proportions ranging from 20-60% of the total weight of said tablets. The dispersible tablets are also characterized in that they contain at least one disintegrator in proportions ranging from 1-25% of the total weight of said tablets in addition to at least one sweetening agent.

Abstract: Holes (40a) are formed with a laser beam through an insulating substrate (40) on which a metallic layer (42) if formed. After the holes (40A) are formed, via holes (36a) are formed by filling up the holes (40a) with a metal (46) and a conductor circuit (32a) is formed by etching the metallic layer (42). Then, a single-sided circuit board (30A) is formed by forming projecting conductors (38a) on the surfaces of the via holes (36a). The projecting conductors (38a) of the circuit board (30A) are put on the conductor circuit (32b) of another single-sided circuit board (30B) with adhesive layers (50) composed of an uncured resin in between and heated and pressed against the circuit (32b). The projecting conductors (38a) get in the uncured resin by pushing aside the resin and are electrically connected to the circuit (32b).
Abstract: A specially arranged industrial dust collector with multiple filtering compartments is provided which is efficient, effective, and economical. The special industrial dust collector has a solids-gas separation compartment which is positioned generally alongside and laterally offset from multiple filtering compartments. The multiple filtering compartments can contain cartridge filters or other filters. The solids-gas separation compartment can contain a tangential cyclone separator or another type of solids-gas separator.
Abstract: A solder resist comprising a thermosetting resin is printed on a surface of an insulating board (7) having a conductor circuit (6). The solder resist is then heat-cured to form an insulating film (1) having a low thermal expansion coefficient. A laser beam (2) is then applied to the portion of the insulating film in which an opening is to be formed, to burn off the same portion for forming an opening (10), whereby the conductor circuit (6) is exposed. This opening may be formed as a hole for conduction by forming a metal plating film on an inner surface thereof. It is preferable that an external connecting pad be formed so as to cover the opening. The film of coating of a metal is formed by using an electric plating lead, which is preferably cut off by a laser beam after the electric plating has finished.
Abstract: Plants, particularly sugar cane plants, are reproduced using explant material which may be derived from leaves, shoots, roots and other plant parts. Somatic embryos are produced by culturing immature embryos from the explant material and then culturing mature, somatic embryos from the immature embryos. All achieved in liquid suspension culture, which allows micro propagation of sugar cane without the culture suffering, browning at any stage. The mature embryos can then be encapsulated to form artificial seeds for germination purposes.

Abstract: A method and system with a magnetically attractive breadboard and associated devices for constructing and testing electronic circuits. The breadboard can comprise a single or multi-layer circuit board with metallic foil conductors that can be connected to magnetically attractive pads. Electrical contacts between the pads and foil conductors can be made by wrapping the foil over an edge of insulating material. The insulating material can comprise a flexible insulation sheet with the desired circuit printed thereon. The electronic components are preferably supported by component holders which contain magnets that are attracted to the breadboard. The component holders facilitate attachment of the components to the foil conductors. A circuit can be built by selecting the desired component holder, plugging he component into the component holder, and then attaching the component holder to the breadboard on the proper foil conductor to complete the circuit.
