  • Patent number: 7838339
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the use of stamping to form features on a lead frame of a semiconductor device package. In one embodiment, portions of the lead frame such as pins are moved out of the horizontal plane of a diepad by stamping. In certain embodiments, indentations or a complex cross-sectional profile, such as chamfered, may be imparted to portions of the pins and/or diepad by stamping. The complexity offered by such a stamped cross-sectional profile serves to enhance mechanical interlocking of the lead frame within the plastic molding of the package body. Other techniques such as selective electroplating and/or formation of a brown oxide guard band to limit spreading of adhesive material during die attach, may be employed alone or in combination to facilitate fabrication of a package having such stamped features.

  • Patent number: 7838755
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices are described for music-based searching. Embodiments of the invention receiving music queries that specify music elements, the queries using textual, audio, and/or score data. The music queries may be used to generate search parameters based on the specified music elements, which may in some cases be weighted. The search parameters may then be directing against a database comprising data records, each data record being associated with a music piece and a set of music elements relating to the music piece. Matching data records in the database may then be identified based on music elements common between the search parameters and the associated music piece. Search output may then be ranked, displayed, and output in various ways.

  • Patent number: 7837796
Abstract: A process chamber 1 for PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) coating of a substrate includes an electrode, which is integrated in a contact frame, which is firmly connected to the recipient. A movable carrier in the process chamber carries at least one substrate. The carrier is transported by means of a driven roller positioner into the process chamber or out of the process chamber along a transport route defined by the movement. As soon as the carrier inside the recipient has reached a certain position, the lower roller positioner is uncoupled from carrier by lowering by means of a lifting device. In this regard, the carrier detaches itself from the upper roller positioner. Then, the carrier is accepted by a transfer device (not shown) and brought from the transport position laterally into a treatment position in contact with the contact frame. In this way, reliable contact is produced between the electrode and a counter-electrode provided in carrier.
