Abstract: An adjustable measuring guide attachment for a picture frame mitering apparatus for miter cutting high double and single rabbited molding strips to predetermined lengths for assembly in particular sized picture frames. The attachment includes a graduated measuring strip adhered to and for highlighting the ruled horizontally extending molding strip supporting arm of the mitering apparatus, and a measuring guide having an angularly slidably adjustable rabbit locator and transparent angularly extending measuring locator member thereon which is affixed to the molding strip retaining bar arranged for slidable adjustment on the supporting arm. An elongated rabbited molding strip, having its leading end mitered, is flatly positioned on the supporting arm with one mitered end abutting the rabbit locator.
Abstract: A bump board game for finger propelled marbles including a walled enclosure having a flat sloping playing surface with spaced marble scoring holes therein and bump guide deflecting members arranged thereon. A dump board underlies the playing surface to retain marbles in the scoring holes and is hinged rearwardly with the front end being free and supported by a resilient pad so as to be depressible therewith to swing the board downwardly for releasing marbles from the scoring holes for return to the front of the enclosure.
Abstract: A combination musical instrument stand for various woodwinds including a flat base with a hinged platform for supporting a saxophone, a hinged upright peg for sleevably receiving and vertically supporting a flute, and a two-piece interconnected and removable support for vertically positioning a clarinet thereon. The hinged platform and peg are foldable against the base, and the two-piece support is disassembled and flatly retained on the base for ready storage and/or transportation of the stand.
Abstract: An arm attached berry and fruit picker's container includes a generally rectangular folded arm protective fabric webbing having spaced slots in the inner layer thereof and spaced arm encircling straps riveted to the ends thereof for connecting the webbing to the picker's arm so as to serve as a support for a tubular bag hemmed at its mouth end. A circular wire frame is removably arranged in the bag hem with one end being bent and the other end coiled and having an elongated depending extension with spaced oppositely disposed and laterally extending loops receivable in webbing slots which, together with mating fasteners on the webbing and bag, interconnect the bag and webbing and securely retain the bag on the picker's arm in position for berries to be dropped thereinto.
Abstract: A reflector awning for buildings, trailers, mobile homes and other structures including a reflector frame having a transparent reflective panel mounted therein with pairs of bracket arms pivotally connected to the side frame members adjacent the upper and lower ends thereof whereby the bracket arms are so pivotally attached to a wall surface adjacent to a window frame therein and being pivotally vertically adjustable relative thereto that, when raised to elevated awning position during warm weather, the sun's rays will be reflected therefrom to cool the interior, and, when arranged at a position angularly below the window, the sun's rays will be reflected inwardly through the window to assist in heating the interior. When mounted relative to a window, viewing therethrough is not impaired.
Abstract: A toy wheel runway including a vertically disposed hollow body member with a flat base and closed upper end with a projecting handle thereon, and having an open front and an elongated slot in its rear wall. Spaced track forming ribs are longitudinally arranged within the body laterally of the slot to accommodate an axled wheel member therebetween, with the ribs being notched adjacent their upper ends to receive and retain the wheel axles therein so that, when the body member is tilted relative to a flat surface and the wheel is lifted to free the axles from the notches, the wheel will gravitationally roll over the ribs and be propelled from the lower end for free rolling over the flat surface.
Abstract: A combined tiller extension, holding and controlling device for watercraft embodying an elongated tubular member removably attached at opposing ends to a vessel coaming and tiller, and including spring loaded telescoping and detent retained sections whereby the tiller is extensibly operable and is retained on a predetermined course, but permitting of limited lateral deviations therefrom. In addition, manual rotational control of the tubular sections enables finer course rudder adjustment within such a course.
Abstract: An archery bow sight and range finder including a pair of vertically spaced and laterally extending mirrors slidably mounted on a bow attached bracket and finger trigger actuable by the archer when grasping and aiming the bow. A center bead is associated with the lowermost mirror and the angle of the upper mirror is changed by trigger action to vary the elevation angle of the bow, with split image viewing being employed, combined with trigger action, to locate the exact range of target, one half of the target being viewed directly and the other half being seen through the mirrors. Lateral point of aim is determined by the lower mirror bead being positioned in the center of the combined split image.
Abstract: A portable fishing rod holder and stand including a circular compartmented tray with three spaced depending legs and a sleeved post extending vertically and rotatably at the center thereof. Pivotally and swingably arranged at the upper end of the post is a flat horizontal reel supporting plate having an elongated telescoped supporting pole positioned therein and projecting forwardly therefrom and formed with upwardly extending fishing rod supporting brackets. A rearwardly and upwardly extending bracket on the plate with a spring-pressed clamp receives the handle portion of a fishing rod and, together with the pole clamps, retains the rod in generally horizontal fishing position when a fish is caught on the hooked line thereof.
Abstract: A variable angle aperture card includes an elongated flat rule foldable compactly and unfolded to provide a horizontal rule with a longitudinal slot with a slide member having a foldable vertically positionable aperture card thereon with a generally rectangular viewing opening therein of a standard photographic print size, which card is slidably adjustable in the slot. Degree of Acceptance and Equivalent Lens Focal Length scales are adhered to the rule on either side of the slot, so that the aperture card is adjustable to a position thereon properly framing the subject, whereat the photographer reads from the scales the angle of view for different camera formats, and determines which lens must be used to photograph the subject from the position at which the framing was made. The combined rule and aperture card may be folded flat for transportation and storage.

Abstract: Tamper proof security mail and bag collection bag including front and rear wall panels and gusseted side walls wherein the mouth end of the front panel is reinforced with steel plates and terminates below the reinforced plated rear wall, and the latter has spaced clevis pins therein and a pair of foldable reinforced plated wing members formed thereon and foldable relative thereto, with the gussets, wing members and front panel having grommeted eyelets therein alignable with the clevis pins enabling the wing members to be folded inwardly and the mouth end of the rear panel and the wing members to be single folded downwardly over the front panel so that the clevis pins project through the eyelets and receive padlock means for securing the bag mouth and gussets in closed untampering position. The plates in the front panel are midway spaced apart and enable this wall to be moved outwardly, when unlocked, to provide a large fully expanded V-shaped opening for the entry and removal of bag contents therethrough.
Abstract: A portable device to determine highway marker locations including an enlarged disc dial having graduated scale markings on each side thereof and therearound representing increasing and decreasing highway mileage markers, respectively, and smaller disc dials superposed on either side of and centrally rotatably and lockably mounted thereon. The latter are provided with scale markings therearound representing vehicle odometer readings. To keep track of a vehicle's highway location, the user visually notes the last highway marker passed and rotates the small dial until the last two digits of the vehicle odometer reading indicated on the dial scale are aligned with the scale marking on the appropriate large intermediate dial (either increasing or decreasing, depending on direction of travel) corresponding with that mile marker, and the three discs are locked thereat.

Abstract: A portable transfer toy for children including a casing with a hinged and slotted cover having a flat base platen surface therein for receiving a sheet of paper with printing and/or caricatures thereon upon which a sheet of waxed paper is disposed. A quill holder having a handle projecting vertically through the slotted cover and formed with a multiplicity of flexible depending fingers is reciprocated over the waxed paper to effect transposal of the printing from the paper sheet to the waxed paper. Thereafter, the former is removed and replaced with a clear sheet of paper, and the quill holder reciprocated to transpose the printing from the waxed paper to the paper sheet.
