    Abstract: A filter circuit directed primarily to use in the CATV industry includes at least one frequency dependent component, such as an RF choke, capacitor or inductor, for attenuating signals over at least a portion of the frequency range of signals which pass through the filter. In a typical application, signals are transmitted and received in both forward and return paths at each end of a multi-channel, two-way communication system. Signals in the frequency range of the return path, or of both paths, are attenuated by a desired amount, which is essentially constant over the frequency range of attenuation. In any case, the circuit component providing the attenuation is frequency dependent, thus providing a number of advantages, such as reducing the number of circuit components, reducing filter size and cost, and/or increasing the filter's electric surge and power handling capabilities.

    Abstract: The present invention is directed to a gas sampling system for conducting respiratory gases from a patient respiratory gas output mechanism to a respiratory gas monitoring device. A gas sampling tube is coupled to an input connector. The gas sampling tube is configured to conduct the respiratory gases from the patient to the gas monitoring device. An output connector couples the gas sampling tube to the monitor input connector. An output dryer tube is coupled between the gas sampling tube and the output connector. The output dryer tube is characterized by a tube length and a relative moisture removal efficiency. The relative moisture removal efficiency is dependent on the tube length. The tube length is selected to limit the moisture content of the respiratory gasses being directed into the respiratory gas monitor to a predetermined level.

    Abstract: An F connector for mounting to the prepared end of a coaxial cable by compression of portions of the connector into tight frictional engagement with the cable. The body and compression ring of the usual F connector are incorporated in a unitary, one-piece body having three axial sections. The first section surrounds and frictionally engages the outer surface of the post stem in the usual manner. The second section is spaced from the stem to provide an annular space for the shielding and outer dielectric layers of the cable, also in the usual manner. A third section of the body is joined to the second section by an area of reduced thickness. In a first disclosed embodiment, the body fractures at the area of reduced thickness in response to an axial force applied to the third section in the direction of the second section.

    Abstract: An electric valve actuator with a failsafe device for a rotary type valve that is coupled to a drive shaft screw by means of a clutch. A cam cylinder is secured to the drive shaft screw and is also connected to the stem of the valve. A cam follower is slidably mounted upon the drive shaft and traces a cam profile form in the cylinder as the cylinder turns. A series of torsion springs are connected to the cylinder so that the springs are wound into a loaded condition as the cam cylinder moves from a valve closed position to a cam opening position. In the event of a power failure while the valve is opened, the clutch disengages the motor from the drive shaft and the springs unwind quickly to move the cam cylinder toward the valve closing position. At this time the motion of the cylinder is controlled by the cam follower which regulates the valve closing sequence.

The modules may be of a single unit configuration with a single condenser section and a single evaporator section or they may be of a double unit configuration having two condenser sections and two evaporator sections. The total capacity requirements are met by combining the use of single units and double unit configuration, with each of the evaporator sections communicating with a single return air opening and a single supply air opening in a bus.

Further, the legs are arranged at the lower position on the floor surface and are arranged in parallel to the floor surface, resulting in a difficult cleaning under the legs. The present invention is provided with a ring-shaped bracket for fixing the legs with sandwiching the upper part of the hydraulic pump, the upper bracket, and the cylinder part, one another, thereby realizing a design, wherein the legs are radiately arranged therefrom.

    Abstract: Apparatus of removing condensate generated by a plurality of evaporator coils of a vehicular rooftop air conditioning unit. The unit further includes a condenser enclosure in which two opposed end walls are formed by a pair of condenser coils. A condenser fan is mounted for rotation in an opening in the top wall of the enclosure and is axially aligned along the central axis of the enclosure along with the fan motor which is suspended inside the enclosure beneath the fan. A slinger dish is mounted on the motor shaft beneath the motor in close proximity with the floor of the enclosure. The floor, in turn, slopes inwardly from all sides toward the center of the enclosure and condensate generated by the evaporator coils of the unit is channeled into the enclosure and collected in a recess beneath the motor.
