    Abstract: A document feeding mechanism includes a frame, a document picking means positioned in the frame for picking up and conveying a document, a stopper means positioned in the frame for blocking the conveyance of the document, a supporting portion cooperating with the stopper means for supporting the document picking up means while the document picking up means is raised at a predetermined level, and a blocking portion restricting a rotatable angle of the stopper means for blocking the conveyance of the document while the document picking up means is raised at the predetermined level. The document feeding means is kept at the predetermined level via the cooperation of the supporting portion and the stopper means for supporting the document feeding means. Since, the document feeding mechanism has high reliability to resist shake and crash for preventing the document picking up means from being drooped.

    Abstract: A reference current generator for a resistance type memory and a method thereof is disclosed. The reference current generator comprises N parallel circuit sets. Each of the N parallel circuit sets is formed with at least one first reference element and second reference elements connected in parallel. The number of the first reference elements plus the number of the second reference elements is N. The resistance value of first reference elements (a first resistance value) is not equal to the resistance value of the second reference elements (a second resistance value). An equivalent resistance provided with a equivalent resistance value between the first and second resistance value is formed by connecting the N parallel circuit sets in series between an input terminal and output terminal. A reference current is outputted from the output terminal by applying an operation voltage to the input terminal.

A wider end of the inversed half-boat shape of the focusing member faces the outside of the optoelectronic device. The refractive indexes of the bottom layer and the dielectric layer are smaller than that of the optical waveguide.

    Abstract: A method of fabrication of a metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor is disclosed. At first, a substrate on which a gate structure is formed is provided. Afterward, a portion of the substrate is removed to form a first recess in the substrate at both ends of the gate structure. Additionally, a source/drain extension layer is deposited in the first recess and a plurality of spacers are formed at both ends of the gate structure. Subsequently, a portion of the source/drain extension and the substrate are removed to form a second recess in the source/drain extension and a portion of the substrate outside of the spacer. In addition, a source/drain layer is deposited in the second recess. Because the source/drain extension and the source/drain layer have specific materials and structures, short channel effect is improved and the efficiency of the metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor is improved.

The Kvco equalizer has an adjustable current source for providing a current to the Kvco equalizer according to a current controlling signal to compensate currents flowing through the first load and the second load.

The surface layer is disposed on the base layer. As a result, the composite has good stability after thermoforming, and plastic can be injected into the composite, so a PC film is unnecessary. Moreover, the composite may be adhered to a substrate directly or after thermoforming.

The reinforcing portion of one jointing plate is superposed against a bottom face of the other jointing plate and further welded with the other jointing plate together to ensure the jointing plates firmly jointed with each other. The insulating housing with the terminals is inserted rearward in the receiving space of the shielding shell.
