Abstract: A stuffer pin for a rotatable, two part fluid quick connector carries the seal elements and a retainer housing carrying a retainer for mounting the seal elements in the bore of a first component of the fluid quick connector and positioning the retainer housing for locking and rotatable engagement with the first component. A flange on the stuffer pin prevents premature movement of the retainer in the retainer housing to the fully latched position until the stuffer pin is removed from the assembled two part fluid quick connector. The flange does not interfere with the ability of the stuffer pin to carry an axially displaceable retainer in the retainer housing.
Abstract: An electrically conductive quick connector housing is matable with a conductive male endform. A contact member is carried in the housing to provide a secure electrical connection between the male endform and the housing. In one aspect, the contact member is in the form of at least one projection integrally formed with the housing and extending radially inward into a bore in the housing for engagement with the male endform. In another aspect, the contact member is in the form of at least one longitudinally extending finger projecting unitarily into the bore in the housing. The finger engages the outer diameter of the male endform when the male endform is inserted into the housing.

Abstract: A turret assembly for receiving and holding lengths of re-cut tubing cut or sheared from a longer-length workpiece by a re-cut device. The turret assembly includes a motor, a plate and a plurality of accumulator members. The accumulator members are supported by the plate in essentially parallel, spaced-apart relationship to receive a predetermined quantity of lengths of re-cut tubing from the re-cut device. The plate is rotated by the motor. A stripping device having a stripping collar and a linear actuator can strip tubing from the accumulator members. A stacking element can collect stripped tubing from the accumulator members and stack tubing in a container.
Abstract: A serving tray is provided with multiple compartments, each compartment having distinct peripheral walls having a pair of bands of accordion, style pleats separated by a smooth section of wall running the entire perimeter of the walls. The bands of accordion style pleats allow the container to be folded at the pleats to compress the container to provide three volumes which are easily identifiable. The band of accordion style pleats include pleat locks which can be manually activated to prevent the band of accordion style pleats from being compressed.
Abstract: A forming tool for pipe ends with a fixing device holding the pipe and a flanging die acting on the projection of the pipe end, where the flanging die has a mandrel which can be driven into the pipe end. A forming die surrounds the mandrel. The mandrel and the forming die are held in a housing. A limiting die surrounding the forming die being provided.
Abstract: An electrical connector includes a housing having at least one wire insertion channel for electrical wires to be inserted therein. An upper terminal in the channel has a sharp edge for piercing into the insulation of each wire and electrically contacting the conductive element of the wire. At least one lower terminal in the channel has a blunt edged element for supporting the insulated wire as the upper terminal pierces the insulation of the insulated wire. An actuator is operable for inserting into the connector and actuating a hinged plane causing the upper terminal to piercingly engage the insulated wire and make electrical contact with the conductive element of the wire.
Abstract: A signaling device for enhancing the visibility of the wearer of the device. A flexible coilable resilient rod is provided with a flag. The rod is designed to be coilable or collapsible into a compact configuration and stored within and confined by a container. The container is provided with a quick opening closure which permits release of pressure on the rod, allowing the rod to spring into an erect position.
Abstract: To provide a lid feeding apparatus which permits reduction in apparatus and maintenance costs, and safe feeding of a lid onto an opening end of a vessel with high accuracy. The lid feeding apparatus includes: a transporting device 2 for intermittently transporting a vessel N with its opening end upward; a lid stocking device 4 holding layers of numbers of laminar lids; a lid feeding mechanism 6 in which one lid is sucked out of the lid stocking device 4, transferred above the opening end of the vessel transported by the transporting device, and fed onto the opening end by being released from suction. There are provided, near the lid stocking device 4, a lid guiding portion 40 for guiding the lid so as to be separated from a lid sucking mechanism to cover the opening end, and a guide portion moving mechanism 46 for moving the lid guiding portion 40 to a level of the opening end of the vessel just before releasing suction of the lid by the lid feeding mechanism.
Abstract: A hydraulic clutch actuator system having a vibration damper in the system including an elastomeric diaphragm and a steel diaphragm. One face of the elastomeric diaphragm is in communication with fluid in the system so that the diaphragm may deflect in response to low frequency system vibrations to effect damping of these vibrations. The steel diaphragm is positioned generally parallel to and proximate the other face of the elastomeric diaphragm so as to form a back-up for the elastomeric diaphragm so that the elastomeric diaphragm may deform against the steel diaphragm in response to high frequency system vibrations to cause deflection of the steel diaphragm to effect damping of the high frequency vibrations. An apertured stop structure above the elastomeric diaphragm functions to limit upward excursions of the elastomeric diaphragm and further functions to maintain communication between the chamber above the elastomeric diaphragm and the damper port to the system.

Abstract: The specification discloses a universal cable junction box having an interior volume defined by side walls, a bottom, and a cover. The interior volume has provided therein a plurality of hardware mounting channels each includes by a pair of spaced-apart interior walls. The hardware mounting channels are arranged to define a pattern of repeating geometric shapes.
Abstract: A hot air drying apparatus for noodles which makes possible steady production of high quality instant noodles by blowing hot air at an optimal velocity and in an optimal flow rate all over noodle ribbons to be dried in a short period of time and thereby makes a texture of noodle ribbons uniform and fine is to be provided. In a hot air drying apparatus, a conveyor runs from one end of a lengthwise direction of this apparatus to the other, and noodle ribbons carried from a preceding step riding on this conveyor move within an apparatus at a prescribed speed. The apparatus includes a plurality of drying chambers D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 and so forth into which it is divided in the lengthwise direction.

Abstract: An apparatus for isolating and leveling a machine foundation with respect to a substructure of a building or the ground. The apparatus of the present invention provides an enclosure connectable to the machine foundation. A load bearing member is disposed within and adjustably connected to the enclosure. A resilient member is positioned between and in contact with the bearing member and the substructure for supporting and isolating the machine foundation from the substructure and providing a leveling mechanism to level the machine foundation. At least one gauge extends between the bearing member and the substructure to determine the distance between the bearing member and the substructure so that the machine foundation may be leveled. Additional stabilizers are provided with an anchor plate assembly adjustably connected to the enclosure. The stabilizers include an isolating member biased against a sidewall of the substructure by the anchor plate assembly to provide added stability to the machine foundation.
