  • Patent number: 11270348
Abstract: Systems and methods for tracking shipment of products are disclosed herein. One or more cameras may be used capture video of an area where the products are loaded into and/or unloaded from shipping containers. Wireless beacons may be attached to the shipping containers. A network gateway may receive the wireless signals from the wireless beacon and the video from at least one camera. The wireless beacon may change a transmittal rate of the wireless signal from a first transmittal rate to a second transmittal rate in response to the cover on the shipping container being opened or closed. The network gateway may provide, to a remote server, a selected amount of the received video from its memory along with a unique identifier for the wireless beacon in response to the network gateway receiving the wireless signal at the second transmittal rate.

  • Patent number: 11272603
Abstract: A lighting relay panel may include lower-cost features or components related to improved safety and reliability. In some cases, the relay panel includes a power supply capable of protecting the panel from high-voltage and high-current transients. A microcontroller may determine a power interruption based on a zero-cross signal received from the power supply, and may also configure latching relays during the interruption. In some implementations, the relay panel includes a relay sense circuit that is capable of receiving actuation signals from multiple relays connected to different phases of a power signal, and the microcontroller may synchronize or repeat the actuations based on a signal from the relay sense circuit. The microcontroller may generate relay addresses based on the relay positions within the relay panel. In some cases, the relay panel may include isolation circuits that are capable of providing an isolated control signal having an improved voltage range.

  • Patent number: 11259379
Abstract: A lighting fixture for powering multiple LED groups to generate a selectable color temperature. The lighting fixture provides varying amounts of power to each group of LEDs to achieve a selected color temperature. Current from a driver may be divided between the LED groups based on a selected operational state, which is selected using a switch or other configurable input. The operational states may turn the LED groups on or off or may control an amount of current received by the LED groups. In some configurations, all of the LED groups are always at least partially powered.

  • Patent number: 11255521
Abstract: An alignment system for a linear light fixture includes multiple light elements. Each light element includes a top surface that defines a top channel. Each light element includes an endcap that defines apertures that extend through an entire thickness of the endcap. A top surface of each endcap defines an endcap channel. A hanger insert is positionable between the endcaps of two light elements. The hanger insert defines additional apertures. A top surface of the hanger insert defines an insert channel and a hanger connection. The top channels, the endcap channels, and the insert channel form an elongate channel. The system includes pins that are configured to extend through the apertures of the endcaps and the hanger insert. The system includes a connector plate that is configured to be received and secured within the elongate channel. The connector plate defines a central aperture that provides access to the hanger connection.

  • Patent number: 11259377
Abstract: Certain aspects involve a lighting fixture including multiple de-saturated color LED groups and in which the color temperature and intensity of the generated light can be selectively modified. The lighting fixture is driven by a multi-channel driver that independently controls the multiple de-saturated color LED groups. In one example, the de-saturated color LED groups are made with the same Indium gallium nitride (InGaN) LED, as to maintain all electrical/thermal characteristics. The color temperature and intensity of the lighting fixture are adjusted by managing the intensity of each of the de-saturated color LED groups according to a lookup table or a formula describing the relationship between the intensities of the de-saturated color LED groups and the color temperature and intensity of the lighting fixture. Because de-saturated color LEDs are used in the lighting fixture, dynamic dimming or “warm dim” can be achieved to replicate the effect of an incandescent lamp.

  • Patent number: 11226083
Abstract: A non-glare luminaire includes a toroidal-shaped light engine having light emitting diodes (LEDs) disposed about the light engine in a radial pattern. The light engine has an axial direction that is at least substantially orthogonal to the surface of the light engine. An anti-glare ring is disposed proximate the light engine and includes reflectors arranged in a radial pattern. Each reflector is configured to reflect tangentially oriented light from at least one of the LEDs substantially along the axial direction. The luminaire also includes a toroidal integrated optic (TIO), which is made up of a total internal reflectance (TIR) lens that is coupled with a light guide. The TIO optic has a toroidal lens portion having a light entrance side that receives light from the LEDs and the reflectors. The optic collimates the light received from the LEDs and the reflectors and emit the light via a light exit side.
