Abstract: A computer-implemented method and a system parse and aggregate unstructured data objects. The method includes obtaining the unstructured data objects from description fields of records in a database comprising client tickets that are created for application maintenance, transforming the obtained unstructured data objects to create transformed data objects, identifying a number of criteria attributes of the client tickets, where the number of criteria attributes are determined according to at least part of the transformed data objects, word importance, word sentiment, a user input, or client ticket priorities, or any combinations, and generating a plurality of ticket reports by aggregating the client tickets according to ranking orders of numbers of tickets for the client tickets and the identified criteria attributes.

The device may detect one or more interactions with the user interface associated with identifying one or more portions of the action plan. The set of prompts may be related to a clinically validated questionnaire for a particular condition. The device may detect a particular trigger, of the set of triggers, after parsing the action plan. The device may provide, for display via the user interface, a particular prompt, of the set of prompts, or transmit data to perform a particular action, of the set of actions, based on detecting the particular trigger.

The merchant queries and obtains applicable vouchers for the consumer from the voucher enabled device carried by the consumer, applies the vouchers to a transaction, and communicates the resulting transaction data back to the voucher enabled device.

Abstract: A system creates an abstraction layer surrounding a diverse data system including multiple different databases. Data is received from data sources and ingested into the various databases according to a core model. New instances of the core model are created and added to a larger linked data model (LDM) when new data sources are added to the system. The LDM captures the linkages between different linked data objects and links across different databases. Accordingly, applications are able to access or explore the linked data stored in different databases without prior knowledge of the linking relationships.

Abstract: Identifying a vehicle in a toll system includes accessing image data for a first vehicle and obtaining license plate data from the accessed image data for the first vehicle. A set of records is accessed. Each record includes license plate data for a vehicle. The license plate data for the first vehicle is compared with the license plate data for vehicles in the set of records. Based on the results of the comparison of the license plate data, a set of vehicles is identified from the vehicles having records in the set of records. Vehicle fingerprint data is accessed for the first vehicle. The vehicle fingerprint data for the first vehicle is based on the image data for the first vehicle. Vehicle fingerprint data for a vehicle in the set of vehicles is accessed. Using a processing device, the vehicle fingerprint data for the first vehicle is compared with the vehicle fingerprint data for the vehicle in the set of vehicles.

The technical support controller determines if handling of the service request by the remote technician would cause the number of support sessions currently being handled by the remote technician to exceed the previously-indicated maximum number of support sessions. If not, the service request is added to a work queue for the remote technician and removed from the preliminary queue.

Abstract: A smart grid for improving the management of a power utility grid is provided. The smart grid as presently disclosed includes using sensors in various portions of the power utility grid, using communications and computing technology to upgrade an electric power grid so that it can operate more efficiently and reliably and support additional services to consumers. The smart grid may include distributed intelligence in the power utility grid (separate from the control center intelligence) including devices that generate data in different sections of the grid, analyze the generated data, and automatically modify the operation of a section of the power grid. Further, the intelligent devices in the power utility grid may cooperate together to analyze and/or control the state of the power grid. Finally, the distributed intelligence may further include distributed storage.

The NBA system uses usage oriented key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales oriented KPIs to add a weighted portion of the usage oriented KPIs and the sales oriented KPIs to calculate the ICAPI for each agent.
