The body portion further includes or at least partially defines a body portion opening positioned adjacent a base end of the flange. The binding mechanism has a manually deflectable flange coupled to the body portion. At least part of the flange is insertable through the flange opening from a first side of the body portion to at least partially form a loop on the first side of the body portion. The at least part of the flange is alternatively insertable through the flange opening from a second side of the body portion opposite the first side to at least partially form a loop on the second side of the body portion. The body portion opening is configured to receive the flange therethrough to enable the flange to be positioned on either the first side or the second side of the body portion.

The tab is placed within the space otherwise occupied by a binding, and thus is protected from wear and does not appreciably increase the overall size of the notebook or binder. The body further includes a binding mechanism positioned in the inner compartment, a first body securing device coupled to the body, and a second body securing device coupled to the body. The binder device includes a strap including first and second strap segments. The strap is movable between a first configuration wherein the first and second strap segments are releasably coupled together to form a continuous strap that is wearable over a shoulder of a user, and a second configuration wherein the first strap segment is releasably coupled the first body securing device and the second strap segment is releasably coupled to the second body securing device such that the first and second strap segments each at least partially defines a loop.

Abstract: A clamp lock for securing a portable electronic device includes a body having a slot configured to receive part of the portable electronic device, a lock mechanism supported by the body, and a clamping member supported by the body and operatively coupled to the lock mechanism. The clamping member is movable relative to the body by actuating the lock mechanism between a first position, in which the clamping member extends into the slot and is configured to engage the part of the portable electronic device, and a second position, in which the clamping member is configured to disengage the portable electronic device. The clamp lock further includes a security member coupled to the body and configured to be coupled to an immovable object.

Abstract: A dual roll laminating film cartridge includes a body defining a first end supporting first ends of first and second rolls of continuous translucent laminating film. The body further defines a second end supporting second ends of the first and second rolls, wherein facing surfaces of the films extended from the first and second rolls in an advancing direction are coated with a heat-activated adhesive. A bridge extends between the first and second ends of the body at a position between the first and second rolls, the bridge defining an article chute for the reception of articles to be laminated by the films of the first and second rolls. The cartridge further includes a code indicative of one or more characteristics of the film of the first and second rolls, the code comprising a predetermined flag pattern of coding tabs that project outward from the body.

Abstract: A security apparatus for securing a portable electronic device to an immovable object includes a locking head having a base and a plurality of pillar structures extending from the base. The plurality of pillar structures is configured to be inserted into an aperture of the portable electronic device. The locking head also has a ball positioned within each of the plurality of pillar structures. The ball is extendable outwardly from a corresponding pillar structure to inhibit the locking head from being removed from the aperture. The locking head further has a linear movable structure positioned within each of the plurality of pillar structures and operable to selectively extend outwardly each ball from the plurality of pillar structures. The security apparatus also includes a security device attached to the locking head and configured to engage the immovable object.

Abstract: An air purifier including an air filter, an air movement device configured to move air at least partially in an axial direction and through the filter, and a first exit path in fluid communication with the air movement device. The first exit path is configured such that at least part of the air moved by the air movement device exits the first exit path generally in the axial direction.
