The waveguide (13) includes a first shaft portion (21), a second shaft portion (22), and a jutting out portion (30). The first shaft portion (21) extends from the ultrasonic wave converging portion (12) to one side in a predetermined direction. The second shaft portion (22) is disposed on the one side in the predetermined direction relative to the first shaft portion (21) and extends in the predetermined direction. The jutting out portion (30) is provided between the first shaft portion (21) and the second shaft portion (22) in the predetermined direction. The jutting out portion (30) juts out more outward than the outer circumferential surfaces of the first shaft portion (21) and the second shaft portion (22) in a plane direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction.

Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to systems and methods for diagnosing diseases in human patients. In some cases, a method includes providing a set of global data to a global data center and processing the set of global data and categorizing it into data clusters, where each data cluster corresponds to a diagnostic indicator for assessment of a physiological or pathological condition. The method can further include measuring data of a local patient using measurement equipment of a local autonomous cell and communicating the local measurement data from the local autonomous cell to the global data center. The local measurement data can be processed, and the processed local measurement data can be compared with the data clusters to determine a local diagnostic indicator for the local patient. The local diagnostic indicator can then be communicated from the global data center to the local autonomous cell.

Abstract: Systems or techniques for facilitating learnable visual prompt engineering are provided. In various embodiments, a system can access a medical image and a pre-trained machine learning model that is configured to perform a diagnostic or prognostic inferencing task. In various aspects, the system can apply a pre-processing transformation to one or more pixels or voxels of the medical image, thereby yielding a transformed version of the medical image, wherein the pre-processing transformation can convert an input pixel or voxel intensity value to an output pixel or voxel intensity value via one or more parameters that are iteratively learned. In various instances, the system can perform the diagnostic or prognostic inferencing task, by executing the pre-trained machine learning model on the transformed version of the medical image.
