Abstract: A method of feedback controlling a 3D printing process in real time, and a system therefor are disclosed. The method includes collecting big data, generated through 3D printing experiments, related to process variables of 3D printing, measurement signals, and 3D printing quality of the 3D printing object; building an artificial neural network model by performing machine-learning based on the collected big data; evaluating whether or not a 3D printing quality of the 3D printing object is abnormal in real time based on an actual measurement signal of the 3D printing object and the artificial neural network model; and feedback controlling printing quality of the 3D printing object in real time based on the evaluation result of whether or not the 3D printing quality of the 3D printing object is abnormal.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a highly stretchable three-dimensional (3D) percolated conductive nano-network structure, a 3D nano-structured porous elastomer including patterns distributed in a periodic network is formed. A surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is changed to a hydrophilic state. A polymeric material is conformally adhered on the surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer. The surface of the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is wet by infiltrating a conductive solution in which a conductive material is dispersed. A 3D percolated conductive nano-network coupled with the 3D nano-structured porous elastomer is formed by evaporating a solvent of the conductive solution and removing the polymeric material.

Abstract: Disclosed is a field effect transistor based on vertically integrated gate-all-around multiple nanowire channels including forming vertically integrated multiple nanowire channels in which a plurality of nanowires is vertically integrated, forming an interlayer dielectric layer (ILD) on the vertically integrated multiple nanowire channels, forming a hole in the interlayer dielectric layer such that at least some of the vertically integrated multiple nanowire channels are exposed, and forming a gate dielectric layer on the interlayer dielectric layer to fill the hole, wherein the forming of the gate dielectric layer on the interlayer dielectric layer to fill the hole includes depositing the gate dielectric layer on the interlayer dielectric layer to surround at least some of the vertically integrated multiple nanowire channels that are exposed though the hole. Nanowires may include various shapes of current channels that have efficient structures for current path.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for simulating characteristics of a semiconductor device. An overlap matrix and a Hamiltonian representing atomic interaction energy information of a target semiconductor device are extracted by using a density functional theory (DFT), and Bloch states for corresponding energies are calculated based on the Hamiltonian, the overlap matrix, and energy-k relation within an effective energy region. A first reduced Hamiltonian and a first reduced overlap matrix having a reduced matrix size are obtained by applying the Hamiltonian and the overlap matrix to a transformation matrix that is obtained by orthonormalizing a matrix representing the Bloch states. A final transformation matrix and a final energy band structure where all unphysical branches, which are energy bands not corresponding to a first energy band structure in a second energy band structure, are removed within the effective energy region are calculated.
