    Abstract: An RF switch circuit includes an RF switch including a first NMOS switch formed on a chip substrate, a switch controller including a second NMOS switch and a PMOS switch formed on the substrate, for controlling the RF switch, and a limiter including a deep N-type well diode formed on the substrate, for limiting an RF signal level transferred from the RF switch to the switch controller through the substrate. The first NMOS switch includes a first N-type terminal formed on a deep N-type well substrate formed on the substrate, for receiving a driving power through a first floating resistor, a P-type terminal for receiving a body power through a second floating resistor, and two second N-type terminals for receiving a gate power through a third floating resistor. The P-type and two second N-type terminals are formed on a P-type substrate formed on the deep N-type well substrate.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of preparing heavy metal nanoparticles using a heavy metal-binding protein. More specifically, relates to a method for preparing heavy metal structures, comprising the steps of: culturing a microorganism transformed with a gene encoding a heavy metal-binding protein, in a heavy metal ion-containing medium, to produce heavy metal structures in the microorganism; and collecting the produced heavy metal structures, as well as nanoparticles of heavy metal structures prepared according to said method. Unlike prior methods of preparing quantum dots by physically binding metal materials, the quantum dots disclosed herein can be efficiently produced by expressing the heavy metal-binding protein in cells. In addition, the quantum dots are useful because they can solve an optical stability problem that is the shortcoming of organic fluorophores.

    Abstract: A parallel imaging (PI) method has been frequently used as a method for shortening an image acquisition time in the MRI field. The PI technique is a method for acquiring data using multi-channel coils, that is, several coils, when acquiring the data in MRI. According to this technique, data, the amount of which is smaller than that when the data is obtained using only one coil, is acquired, and then an image is obtained using coil information. According to an embodiment, a new image reconstruction method is proposed which adopts an expectation maximization (EM) technique that is different from the existing GRAPPA or SENSE technique when an image is obtained using PI data acquired through the radial trajectory.

In a system for separating fine particles using isomagnetophoresis according to the present invention, fluids having different magnetic susceptibilities and fine particles to be measured are introduced into a microfluidic channel to form a magnetic susceptibility gradient, a strong magnetic field is applied to the channel to control the behavior of the introduced fine particles, thus moving the fine particles to respective positions at which the fluids having magnetic susceptibilities identical to those thereof is present. According to the present invention, fine particles having a fine difference in magnetic susceptibility can be separated from each other by measuring the magnetic susceptibilities thereof.
