    Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for pulsed RF power delivery to a plasma load for plasma processing of a substrate. In order to maximize power delivery, a calibration phase using a dummy substrate or no substrate in the chamber, is used to ascertain a preferred fixed initial RF frequency for each pulse. This fixed initial RF frequency is then used at the start of each pulse during a processing phase, where a real substrate is used and processed in the chamber.

    Abstract: An ion source uses at least one induction coil to generate ac magnetic field to couple rf/VHF power into a plasma within a vessel, where the excitation coil may be a single set of turns each turn having lobes or multiple separate sets of windings. The excitation coil is positioned outside and proximate that side of the vessel that is opposite to the extraction slit, and elongated parallel to the length dimension of the extraction slit. The conducting shield(s) positioned outside or integrated with the well of the vessel are used to block the capacitive coupling to the plasma and/or to collect any rf/VHF current may be coupled into the plasma. The conducting shield positioned between the vessel and the coil set can either shield the plasma from capacitive coupling from the excitation coils, or be tuned to have a higher rf/VHF voltage to ignite or clean the source.

Analyzer logic can selectively power gate a component of a processor system based on a cache dirtiness of one or more caches associated with the component. The analyzer logic may power gate the component when the cache dirtiness exceeds a threshold and may maintains the component in an idle state when the cache dirtiness does not exceed the threshold. Idle time prediction logic may be used to predict a duration of an idle time of the component. The analyzer logic may then selectively power gates the component based on the cache dirtiness and the predicted idle time.

At a decoder, if metadata for the current image is corrupted or missing, it can be recovered from one of the succeeding images.

    Abstract: The present application provides a sublimation ink which is capable of being transferred to natural fiber fabrics, such as cotton and linen, in addition to synthetic fabrics, such as polyester, nylon, etc., and shows significantly improved color fastness. The sublimation ink may include a resin containing at least one active hydrogen, a crosslinking agent having at least two isocyanate (—NCO) groups, and one or more colorants. The sublimation ink may also include one or more carriers, binders, thickeners, and/or solvents. An image can be printed on a transfer medium (e.g. paper) at room temperature with the sublimation ink using conventional offset printer so that the sublimation ink remains inactive. The image can be subsequently transferred onto any desired fabrics under heat and pressure, in which the sublimation ink is activated and bonds the colorant to the fabrics with excellent color effect.
