Abstract: The process includes receiving a data set comprising a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, and applying a first rule based decisioning to the data set to generate a first layer of metadata that comprises at least one of a key, a type indicator, a categorical indicator, and/or a continuous indicator. The first layer of metadata may be descriptive of the data set. The processor may further apply a second rule based decisioning to the first layer to generate a second layer that includes at least one of the key, the type indicator, the categorical indicator, or the continuous indicator. The second layer may be descriptive of the first layer. The process may also include generating an output file from at least one of the first layer or the second layer.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer readable medium (collectively, the “system”) is disclosed for generating real-time insights from a big data storage platform. The system may process transaction data stored in a big data management system (BDMS) to generate characteristic data associated with a plurality of demographics. The system may also model an account associated with a corporate ID to identify a demographic from the plurality of demographics associated with the corporate ID. The system may further compare the user data associated with the corporate ID to the characteristic data of the demographic associated with the corporate ID to generate a view responsive to a request. The system may also transmit the view in response to the request, for example, to an interface for use by a program administrator.

Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying data of interest are disclosed. The system may retrieve unstructured data from an internet data source via an alert system or RSS feed. The system may input the unstructured data into various models and scoring systems to determine whether the data is of interest. The models and scoring systems may be executed in order or in parallel. For example, the system may input the unstructured data into a Naïve Bayes machine learning model, a long short-term memory (LSTM) machine learning model, a named entity recognition (NER) model, a semantic role labeling (SRL) model, a sentiment scoring algorithm, and/or a gradient boosted regression tree (GBRT) machine learning model. Based on determining that the unstructured data is of interest, a data alert may be generated and transmitted for manual review or as part of an automated decisioning process.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated transactional offers are disclosed. The system may receive an extension communication comprising a merchant uniform resource locator (URL) and an offer ID. The system may filter verified merchant URLs based on the merchant URL. The system may retrieve an available offer based on a merchant ID associated with the verified merchant URL. The system may transmit the available offer to a user device. In response to the user device accepting the offer, the system may enroll the user for the offer at an issuer system, to enable the offer to be applied during processing of the associated transaction.

For instance, a computer-implemented method may include receiving a first sequence of plurality of biometric data elements. The sequence of plurality of biometric data elements may comprise a biometric passphrase. The method may include registering the biometric passphrase to a known user and/or a transaction account. The method may include receiving a transaction request comprising a second sequence of plurality of biometric data elements. The method may include comparing the second sequence of plurality of biometric data elements to the biometric passphrase to resulting in a confidence factor of the comparison. The comparison may include comparing the sequencing of the second sequence of plurality of biometric data elements and the characteristics of each biometric data element of the second sequence of plurality of biometric data elements to the biometric passphrase.

The system may also write a response confirmation and a response acknowledgement to the blockchain in response to an API response being transmitted from the provider system to the consumer system, with the response confirmation and the response acknowledgement each comprising a response hash of the API response. The blockchain may execute a smart contract to compare the request hashes from the request confirmation and the request acknowledgement and the response hashes from the response confirmation and the response acknowledgement to identify one or more out-of-balance events.

The system may perform a direct analytic control test (ACT) or an indirect ACT on the data. The system may compare a direct ACT result or an indirect ACT result to an ACT threshold. The ACT threshold may comprise separate direct ACT thresholds and indirect ACT thresholds. Based on the comparison, the system may determine an operating effectiveness of the business control.

Abstract: Systems and methods for secure mobile checkouts are disclosed. The system may include a secure mobile checkout device configured to scan products available in a merchant store. The device may scan the product to determine a product identifier. The device may transmit the scanned product data to a checkout application to retrieve product data corresponding to the product identifier. In device may initiate a transaction with a payment network to purchase the product, based on the product data provided by the checkout application. The payment network may process the transaction, and may authorize the purchase with the merchant.

Abstract: A system and method of data protection that provides the security of field level data protection with the ease of implementation and transparency of system level data protection at various layers is disclosed. The system utilizes blockchain technology to implement improved data protection. A smart contract application is deployed among all devices covered by the data protection system. Ledgers are similarly deployed either on each device or on dedicated ledger nodes to provide a record of all transactions occurring with the protected data. As a device writes data to a storage medium or initiates transmission of the data over a communication medium, the smart contract intercepts the data and applies a desired protection protocol to the data. As a result, enterprise wide security may be deployed that provides field level encryption without requiring modifications to existing applications or development of custom applications.

Abstract: A system for analyzing risk using machine learning models may be trained using a data set to generate a risk assessment model that is optimized for metrics commonly used in for financial risk evaluation. The metrics may include Gini and CaptureRate, for example. The system may receive a request for a financial service, and generate a risk assessment by applying the risk assessment model to factors associated with the request. The system may also decide on the request in response to the risk assessment.

Abstract: Systems and methods for presenting a personalized value added offer during an advanced verification process are provided. An access control server may receive an enrollment verification request comprising data relating to an account holder. The server may determine an enrollment status of the account holder and determine a value added offer based on the account holder. The server may display an advanced verification interface for user input. The advanced verification interface may include the value added offer and/or a security credential prompt.
