Abstract: Systems and methods for automated travel itinerary management are disclosed. The system may generate an automated itinerary based on travel-related transactions from a user's transaction account. The system may update the automated itinerary as additional travel-related transactions are completed. The system may also include travel data from travel systems, concierge systems, and manual input in the automated itinerary.

Abstract: A user may capture an image of a document using a mobile device. The mobile device may crop and clean the image. The mobile device may perform optical character recognition on the image and output a character string. The mobile device may match portions of the character string with stored records and determine a likelihood that the stored record corresponds to the image. The mobile device may display potential matches for the image, and the user may select the record which matches the image.

Abstract: A consumer may enter a physical merchant location. A reverse bidding system determines a confidence score that the consumer will make a non-fraudulent purchase of a product. The reverse bidding system performs an online price comparison. The reverse bidding system may transmit an offer to the consumer to purchase the product at the physical merchant location for a discounted price.

Abstract: A system for automated supplier invoice reconciliation is disclosed. The system may receive an order confirmation associated with a purchase order (PO) from a supplier system. The system may receive the PO associated with the order confirmation from a buyer system. The system may receive a first invoice associated with the PO and the order confirmation from the supplier system. The system may reconcile between the PO, the first invoice, and the order confirmation to generate a second invoice. The system may pass the second invoice to the buyer system.

Abstract: A system for automated classifying of electronic messages is disclosed. The system may receive an electronic message comprising a text including a message body and a metadata. The system may determine a case status based on the metadata and extract a set of events form the message body in response to the case status. The system may determine a case type based on the set of events and a set of case types. The system may generate a new case event in a case management system based on the case type.

Abstract: Systems and methods for the deployment of cloud-based systems using a distributed ledger are disclosed. The system may include a cloud provider system and a distributed ledger. The cloud provider system may be configured to deploy cloud-based systems and APIs to enable one or more participant systems to leverage cloud-based resources. The distributed ledger may record events, functionalities, and operations from the cloud provider system, the participant systems, and the deployed cloud-based systems and APIs.

Pluggable framework applications may be self-contained units of APIs and implementations. The pluggable framework applications may be written in Java. The pluggable framework applications may be independently scalable, deployable, changeable and/or replaceable modules. The pluggable framework applications may be modular, scalable, and have high availability, as well as allow for hot deployment, standardization, easy integration, and/or code reuse.

Abstract: A system and method for automated computer system diagnosis and repair is provided. The system and method may allow for the automated diagnosis and repair of computer system errors without needing a user to manually engage a service desk, help desk, and/or the like. A user terminal may interact with a tech care module to generate a user repair request comprising the computer system error and data relating to the error. The system may analyze the user repair request and retrieve a repair script relating to the computer system error. The system may execute the repair script on the user terminal to resolve the computer system error. The system may also implement reporting modules to ensure that the computer system error is remediated and to update the repair scripts.

Abstract: A system for integrating blockchain-enabled shared datasets across databases having varying formats and structures is disclosed. The system may include various entity systems in communication via a peer-to-peer network. A first entity system may receive a dataset update request to update the shared dataset. The first entity system may broadcast the dataset update request across the network, and one or more entity systems connected to the network may consent to the dataset update request. The consenting entity systems may broadcast the consented dataset update request to the other entity systems connected to the network. Each entity system may update its local copy of the shared dataset with the consented dataset update request. Each entity system may comprise a mapping module configured to reformat the consented dataset update request into a format that can be stored in a local data structure.

Abstract: A mobile device may identify nearby locations, such as locations of a merchant. The mobile device may create local geofences around the nearby locations. The mobile device may create an exit geofence which includes all of the local geofences. In response to the mobile device entering one of the local geofences, the mobile device may provide a notification regarding the location. In response to the mobile device leaving the exit geofence, the mobile device may identify nearby locations based on the new location of the mobile device, and the mobile device may create new local geofences for the current nearby locations, as well as a new exit geofence.

Abstract: Systems and methods for identity-based interconnected transactions are disclosed. The system may receive an interconnected transaction request comprising a first financial subsystem identifier, a second financial subsystem identifier, and a transaction request. The first financial subsystem and the second financial subsystem may not be in direct communication with each other. The first financial subsystem may write the interconnected transaction request to an interconnected transaction ledger. The second financial subsystem may retrieve the interconnected transaction request from the interconnected transaction ledger. In response to retrieving the interconnected transaction request the second financial subsystem may complete the transaction request.

The system may approve or decline the request. The system may further adjust a balance of the payer a balance of the payee to reflect approval of the request. The system may calculate various parameters used to determine the findability and relativity of a given dataset. The system may calculate a dynamic tag score based on the calculated parameters. Abstract: Systems for decoupling and updating pinned certificates on a user device are disclosed. A mobile application having a hardcoded pinned certificate may be installed on a user device. The pinned certificate may be decoupled from the mobile application and stored on the user device. In response to the mobile application attempting to establish a secure connection with a server, the system may check whether the decoupled pinned certificate is current by querying a certificate repository. In response to determining that the pinned certificate is out of date, the system may transmit the current certificate to the user device to update the decoupled pinned certificate.

Abstract: A system provides an end-to-end solution for invoice processing which includes reading invoices (both pdfs and images), extracting key relevant information from the face of invoices, organizing the relevant information in a structured template as a key-value pair, and comparing invoices based on the similarities between different invoice fields to identify potential duplicate invoices.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated transactional offers are disclosed. The system may receive an extension communication comprising a merchant uniform resource locator (URL) and an offer ID. The system may filter verified merchant URLs based on the merchant URL. The system may retrieve an available offer based on a merchant ID associated with the verified merchant URL. The system may transmit the available offer to a user device. In response to the user device accepting the offer, the system may enroll the user for the offer at an issuer system, to enable the offer to be applied during processing of the associated transaction.
