Abstract: An order for telecommunications services is received comprising order parameters including a CPE device configuration request for a customer network. A warehouse is selected as a staging location based upon the order parameters, available inventory of the CPE device, and shipping information from the warehouse to the customer network. A bay of a rack at the staging location is selected to stage a CPE device that matches the specifications of the CPE device configuration request. The CPE device is validated by verifying hardware of the CPE device and whether the CPE device is loaded with certain predetermined software. A configuration is executed to the CPE device to provide the telecommunication services according to the order parameters. The configuration is saved and the CPE device is prepared for installation at a customer location. The CPE device may be shipped to the customer network using the order parameters and shipping information.

Abstract: The present application provides a method of adjusting transmission power of a terminal, a mobile terminal, and a non-transitory storage device, and relate to the field of mobile terminals. The method includes: connecting to an accession point of a wireless network; obtaining a connection state of the terminal connecting to the accession point; calculating a connection evaluation score based on the connection state; obtaining a state of a screen, setting a threshold connection score based on the state of the screen; comparing the connection evaluation score to the threshold connection score; and reducing the transmission power of the terminal connecting to the wireless network in response to the connection evaluation score being greater than the threshold connection score.

Abstract: Optimizing performance between a wireless distribution system (WDS) and a macro network(s). In this regard, a macro network optimization system is configured to detect a performance indicator(s) between a WDS and a macro network and optimize the performance of the macro network based on the detected performance indicator(s). The macro network optimization system analyzes a macro network performance report provided by the macro network and/or a WDS performance report provided by the WDS to detect the performance indicator(s) between the WDS and the macro network. The macro network optimization system reconfigures operations of one or more macro network elements to optimize performance between the WDS and the macro network based on the detected performance indicator(s). By detecting and optimizing performance between the WDS and the macro network, capacity, throughput, and/or coverage of the WDS and the macro network can be improved, thus providing better quality of experience (QoE).

Abstract: A question answering device includes: a general word vector converter converting a question and an answer to semantic vectors in accordance with general context; a general sentence level CNN 214, in response to similarities of semantic vectors between words in question and answer and to strength of causality between the words, for weighting each semantic vector to calculate sentence level representations of the question and the answer; a general passage level CNN 218, in response to similarity between sentence level representations of question and answer, and to strength of relation of vectors in the sentence level representations viewed from causality, for weighting the sentence level representation to calculate a passage level representation for the question and answer passage; and a classifier determining whether or not an answer is a correct answer, based on the similarities between outputs from CNNs 214 and 218.

Abstract: A bearer mapping method and a device thereof, a base station and a terminal are provided, so as to solve how to unify the mapping relationship between the bitmap of the MAC CE of the duplication activation/deactivation at the network side and that at the terminal side. The method includes: indicating a mapping relationship between a bearer ID and a bitmap in an MAC CE, where the MAC CE is a control element for a duplication activation indication or deactivation indication, and the bearer ID is an ID of a bearer configured with a duplication function.

Abstract: A connection between two UEs is identified by a single connection identifier. Different streams are transmitted over different wireless links with potential redundancy between streams. Initially a first WiFi link is used to communicate with the second UE. After the first UE decides it will handoff to a second WiFi AP it establishes a connection with a cellular AP and then communicates a second stream corresponding to the same connection. The first and second streams initially communicate the same content. The first WiFi link is terminated, but the second stream continues to communicate content. The first UE then establishes a second WiFi connection with a second WiFi AP and communicates a third content stream of the first connection to second UE via second WiFi link. The third stream initially communicates information also communicated over second stream. The cellular link is terminated. The second WiFi link is used to communicate content.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a message sending method and a mobile terminal. The message sending method includes: receiving a first input from a user; obtaining, in response to the first input, a target message written by the user in a message editing window; receiving a second input from the user; identifying, in response to the second input, a target sending window at which the user controls the message editing window to arrive; and sending the target message to the target sending window. The message sending method in the embodiments of the present disclosure is applied to a mobile terminal.
