Abstract: An electronic gaming system includes a processor configured to execute instructions stored in a memory. The instructions, when executed, cause the processor to initiate a reel game that uses a set of reels having a set of reel strips, and select a special symbol that is included in the set of reel strips from a plurality of special symbols including a first set of special symbols associated with a first pay evaluation and a second set of special symbols associated with a second pay evaluation that determines a greater number of winning symbol combinations than the first pay evaluation. Special symbols of the first set have a greater probability of being selected than special symbols of the second set. The instructions, when executed, also cause the processor to cause display of an outcome of the reel game and evaluate the outcome of the reel game.
Abstract: An electronic gaming machine comprising a display device, a random number generator, a processor, and a memory storing instructions which, cause the processor to, in response to a feature wheel initiation condition being met: select, based on one or more random numbers dynamically generated by the random number generator, stopping positions for a plurality of feature wheels, each of the feature wheels being associated with a different feature event corresponding to a spinning reel, and each of the feature wheels comprising a plurality of outcomes at different stopping positions, wherein at least one of the different stopping positions corresponds to an outcome; control the display device to display spinning to the stopping positions selected; determine whether to provide an outcome from the plurality of outcomes; and upon determining to provide more than one outcome comprising the feature event, initiate a composite feature event.

Abstract: A gaming device uses a USB interface for power delivery and data transmission. In non-limiting examples, the USB interface may be a universal serial bus (USB) C-type cable communicatively and electrically connecting multiple electronic gaming devices and/or auxiliary devices, such as monitors, thereby reducing the number of cables for power and data delivery between machines and/or devices.

Abstract: An electronic gaming device includes a display device and a game controller in communication with the display device. The game controller includes a processor and a memory storing instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the game controller to: cause display of a base game including a plurality of reels; control the plurality of reels to display a combination of symbols corresponding to a primary game outcome; determine that the primary game outcome satisfies a bonus game condition and an enhancement condition to trigger a bonus game having at least one enhanced characteristic; identify outcomes for one or more free spins of the bonus game having the at least one enhanced characteristic; randomly select an outcome for each free spin from the identified outcomes; and initiate the bonus reel game that includes display of the randomly selected outcome for each of the one or more free spins.

Abstract: An electronic gaming device provides a rendering pipeline for an electronic game. The rendering pipeline includes a client component and a native component of the rendering pipeline, where the client component is configured to: initiate a rendering operations pipe between the client component and the native component; convert display commands from a source language of the electronic game into rendering operations of an intermediate rendering language; and transmit the rendering operations through the rendering operations pipe to the native component. The native component is configured to: receive the rendering operations via the rendering operations pipe; translate the rendering operations from the intermediate rendering language into rendering operations of the native component; and perform the rendering operations of the native component on the display device.
Abstract: A free spin count-up bonus game and a subsequent banked free spin count-down secondary bonus game are described herein. The free spin count-up game may be triggered during play of a base game. A numerical indicium may be provided. During the free spin count-up bonus game, the indicium may count up from an initial value to a final value. When the indicium reaches a maximum or final value, the value may be regarded as indicating a number of “banked” free spins. The number of banked free spins may be compared to one or more threshold values. If the number of banked dree spins is greater than or equal to one or more threshold values and there is a successful outcome on a random determination, a secondary bonus game may be initiated, during which the indicium is decremented from the final value back down toward the initial value.
Abstract: A multi-game package environment for a gaming device includes at least a first and second game. The first game is eligible to trigger a payout of one or more first progressive feature prizes associated with the first game and ineligible to trigger a payout of one or more second progressive feature prizes associated with the second game. A first set of random-based game outcomes are generated for a round of play of the first game to randomly determine a bulk progressive feature prize update operation across at least one progressive feature prize of each of the games in the multi-game package. A second set of random-based game outcomes is generated to randomly determine whether one of the one or more first progressive feature prizes in the first game is triggered. Concurrently, an amount by which to update a visual meter associated with each updated progressive feature prize may be determined.
Abstract: An electronic gaming system including a memory device with instructions stored thereon and a processor in communication with a plurality of electronic gaming devices and the memory device is described. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive digital wallet registration data including a digital wallet ID, determine that the digital wallet registration data is associated with a first player account, and store a digital wallet flag in the first player account. The instructions also cause the processor to, upon receipt of player data based on a card-in event, determine that the player data is associated with the first player account, determine that the digital wallet flag is stored in the first player account, and cause access to the digital wallet to be provided.
