The housing includes an exterior surface at least partially defining an opening extending through the housing and connecting with the cavity. The gaming machine also includes a main display coupled to the housing and configured to display a wagering game. A button deck assembly is removably coupled to the housing and includes a frame sized to extend at least partially through the opening and into the cavity when the button deck assembly is coupled to the housing. A connection assembly extends between the frame and the housing and includes a latch fixably mounted to one of the frame and the housing. The latch is configured to removably engage the other of the frame and the housing when the button deck assembly is coupled to the housing to secure the button deck assembly to the housing.

Abstract: An asynchronous persistent group bonus game system, method and apparatus may have a plurality of gaming machines including a first processor and a bonus server having a second processor. The first processor may be configured to: determine when a bonus game session event is triggered, transmit a bonus game session request to the second processor, and receive an end session notification from the second processor. The second processor may be configured to execute and maintain the always-on asynchronous persistent group bonus game, receive a bonus game session request from at least one of the plurality of gaming machines, instantiate a bonus game session inside the continuous asynchronous persistent group bonus game for the at least one gaming machine, determine when an end session trigger has been triggered for the bonus game session, and transmit an end session notification to the at least one gaming machine if it is determined that the end session condition has been triggered.

The electronic gaming device includes a button deck including a display device, at least one memory with instructions stored thereon, and at least one processor in communication with the display device and the at least one memory. The instructions, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to receive, from an end user device associated with a player account, a signal that includes player data, parse the player data, and control the display device to display at least a portion of the player data in a display area of the display device, wherein a location of the display area is predefined in the at least one memory.

Abstract: An electronic gaming system is described. The electronic gaming system includes a management server including a processor and a memory device storing computer-readable instructions. The instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive player identification data and game data. The instructions also cause the processor to request and receive, based upon the player identification data and from a player tracking server, player data associated with the player account, cause display, on a host device associated with a casino host, of at least a portion of the player data and the game data, and determine that the EGM should be disabled for a predetermined amount of time. The instructions further cause the processor to cause display of a message indicating that the EGM will be disabled and disable the EGM for the predetermined amount of time.

The EGM also includes at least one processor configured to execute instructions which, when executed, cause the at least one processor to identify a first ticket creation blockchain transaction in the local blockchain from a ticket creation device of the first plurality of electronic gaming devices, the first ticket creation blockchain transaction including at least a ticket value and a ticket identifier (ID), create a system ticket creation blockchain transaction including at least the ticket value and the ticket ID, and broadcast the system ticket creation blockchain transaction to the system blockchain.

Abstract: Disclosed are gaming systems, methods and machines that may include one or more notched display screens. The notched display screens are defined by a non-rectangular shape. One or more portions of the display screen is removed, such that a variety of shapes can result from one or more cuts in the screen. In some examples, two or more notched display screens are arranged to provide a common and/or coordinated display. In some examples, a void from the removed portions can be used to present a feature, such as a mechanical reel.

The button deck assembly includes a housing extending from a first end oriented to face the cabinet to an opposed second end, a pushbutton releasably coupled to the housing between the first end and the second end, a latch, and a lever. The latch is configured to pivot relative to the pushbutton between a first position, in which the latch engages the pushbutton to secure the pushbutton to the housing, and a second position, in which the latch is disengaged from the pushbutton. The lever is slidably coupled to the housing and configured to engage the latch, wherein movement of the lever relative to the housing pivots the latch between the first position and the second position.
