  • Patent number: 10417752
Abstract: A method of reducing purple fringing in images captured by a camera, comprises: acquiring a raw image of a scene with an image sensor of the camera, demosaicing the raw image, and applying an adjusted color correction matrix to the demosaiced raw image. The adjusted color correction matrix is deduced by calibrating the spectral response of the image sensor to a color rendition chart to which the color data of a purple fringe has been added, and furthermore the color correction matrix is adjusted such that the image sensor response for color values of the purple fringe is transformed into color values of a predetermined replacement color following application of the color correction matrix.

  • Patent number: 10394021
Abstract: A camera cover glass unit comprises a cover glass, arranged to protect an image capturing unit of a camera and a cover glass frame arranged to hold the cover glass is disclosed. A resilient structure is mounted between the cover glass and the cover glass frame and allows the cover glass to move in relation to the cover glass frame. A first permanent magnet is attached to the cover glass, and a motor is arranged to rotate a second permanent magnet in relation to the first magnet, in order to achieve a time-variant magnetic field, such that the second magnet attracts and repels the first magnet to a varying degree, thereby causing the cover glass to move in relation to the frame.

  • Patent number: 10382780
Abstract: A method of encoding a video stream comprising receiving a frame of a video stream to be encoded, performing motion detection in the frame to identify steady regions, and temporally filtering the frame so as to provide temporally filtered pixel values. For a pixel in the steady regions of the frame, the temporally filtered pixel value is used when encoding the pixel, on a condition that the pixel belongs to a block of pixels of the frame that will be intra-coded. On a condition that the pixel instead belongs to a block of pixels of the frame that will be inter-coded, a value that was used when encoding a corresponding pixel of the immediately preceding frame is used when encoding the pixel.
