Abstract: What is disclosed is a bicycle frame (1) comprising a seat tube (4) in which a saddle pillar (2) for a saddle is at least partially held, wherein the saddle pillar (2) or the main tube (12) thereof is adapted fro translatory movement and height-adjustment relative to the bicycle frame (1). In this case, a rotation prevention means and a locking device, in particular a seat device, are fastened on the seat tube (4). Both securing means act between the seat tube (4) and the main tube (12) in a form-fitting manner. In this case, the means of securing against rotation engages permanently in the main tube and the latching device can engage in, and can be disengaged from, the main tube.

Abstract: A method for printing an image by a reproduction apparatus includes a print head with print elements for ejecting marking material on a receiving medium in a multi-pass mode. The method includes selecting a multi-pass mode out of at least two multi-pass modes, dividing the image into a plurality of strips, determining for each strip a total amount of marking material required to print the strip on the receiving medium, ejecting for each strip a first amount of the total amount of marking material on the receiving medium during a first pass, and ejecting for each strip a remaining amount of the total amount of marking material on the receiving medium during passes subsequent to the first pass. A ratio of the first amount and the total amount of each strip is the same for the at least two multi-pass modes. The method is suitable for implementation in a reproduction apparatus.
Abstract: An aircraft galley is disclosed having a stand-alone beverage station and a stand-alone food preparation station. Each station is equipped with extendable work decks and integrated equipment for plug and play exchange. The beverage station is equipped with brewing stations and a top loading refuse compartment, and the food preparation station is configured with multiple ovens and refrigeration units. The galley further includes a side refrigeration unit which can be used as a self-service beverage area for passengers, and both stations may further be configured with LED displays for communicating with passengers.

At least one of the levers has a first pivotal connection at a first end of the closure, and spaced second and third connections connecting the respective lever at least to a guiding slide. At least one of the levers is pivotally connected to a sliding member at one of said second and third connections. The sliding member is separate from the guiding slide, slides in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and is supported by the guide rail in directions perpendicularly to the longitudinal sliding direction.

Abstract: Modules, systems, and methods for enabling wireless functionality in electronic devices are disclosed. Abstract: By acidifying manure, emissions of methane gas and ammonia gas are prevented significantly. The method for the acidification of manure is provided by an acidic flow of an anaerobic digestion device and/or the flow of sulphuric and/or sulphurous acid from a device that removes hydrogen sulphide gas from biogas from an anaerobic digestion device by chemical and/or biological oxidation to sulphuric acid. When manure is digested, acidification has the advantage that more methane is formed in the digestion process by the prevention of the formation of methane by acidification in the storage process, the advantage that the part of ammonia that would be emitted as a gas is now stored as a nitrogen mineral in the digested manure for use as fertilizer, and the advantage is that the manure has a pH value that is more preferable for digestion processes in the case the manure will be digested.

Abstract: Information is provided to a mobile device while reducing the number of traffic channels established over a predetermined time period. A pull client on a mobile device receives requests for information from applications on the mobile device. The pull client creates a timing list which includes the timing requirements for each application. Applications that have overlapping timing requirements are grouped together into the same timing group. Once the time for creating a traffic channel for one of the groups arrives, a traffic channel is created between the mobile device and a carrier gateway. Information for each respective application within the same timing group is obtained through the network using the same traffic channel. When the requested information is provided to all applications within the same timing group, the traffic channel is released after a predetermined time. The method is repeated for a next timing group entry.
