Abstract: An indoor illuminating device includes at least one lamp and a housing. The at least one lamp includes a heat sink and a light emitting portion. The housing includes opposite top wall and bottom wall. The bottom wall defines at least one opening corresponding to the at least one lamp. The heat sink is received in the housing, and the light emitting portion of the at least lamp exposes out of the housing through the at least one opening. The housing further defines a first ventilation opening and a second ventilation opening. The heat sink of the at least one lamp is disposed in an airflow path between the first and second ventilation openings.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a thin semiconductor package includes providing a lead frame with a removable substrate that has an attaching surface attached to a first surface of the lead frame. The lead frame is formed from an electrically conductive sheet and has leads that extend inwardly from a lead frame boundary towards a central region of the lead frame. A semiconductor die is mounted on the removable substrate at the central region. The semiconductor die has a connection pad surface with die pads on it, and the connection pad surface is attached to the attaching surface of the removable substrate. The lead frame and die are encapsulated with a first encapsulant so that the lead frame is sandwiched between the first encapsulant and the removable substrate. The removable substrate is removed from the lead frame to expose the first surface of the lead frame and then the die pads are electrically connected to respective ones of the leads.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a continuous voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) frequency temperature compensation apparatus for a phase locked loop (PLL) and a continuous VCO frequency temperature compensation method for a PLL. The system utilizes a VCO with one digital coarse tuning input, a first analog fine tuning input, and a second analog fine tuning input. The system uses the second analog fine tuning inputs to compensate the VCO for frequency shifts due to temperature fluctuation. When the PLL transitions to the fine lock (FL) mode, the system starts driving the second fine tuning input with a differential amplifier. The differential amplifier compares the first fine tuning input with a reference voltage, and drives the second fine tuning input to compensate the first fine tuning input.

Abstract: A method of forming a product from an initial blank comprises subjecting the initial blank to a hot forming and press hardening operation to form the product with substantially a uniform first tensile strength. Subsequently, the product is subjected to post hot-forming processing in which a first region of the product is heated selectively to above a known temperature, using one of conduction heating, resistance heating, and induction heating.
